To the people getting annoyed about sponsored videos: Would you rather pay a fee to watch these videos? I highly doubt it. They say on the video before you even click it that it's sponsored so if you don't like them, just avoid them. Why should they do work for us for free? Most people don't do a job for free unless it's for charity or family. They need sponsorships so they can keep bringing us these videos at no cost to us. Let's all be supportive please :) If you don't like the product they use then just substitute with a brand you like, or just enjoy the video and choose another recipe and realize why sponsored videos are necessary. All that aside I love Gennaro and Jaime and I will continue to support your channels :D

I have cooked this dish 5 or six times recently and to my family, exactly as Gennaro shows, using all the same ingredients only using fresh spaghetti rather than dried. And I can say this very quick and simple dish it is absolutely fantastic, full of fresh flavour, not as hot as you would think using the right chilli......Also don't forget that extra knob of butter and oil at the end either as it really does add a creamy texture and taste along with the grated Pecorino and pasta water. Yum!! You can't get bored of this! Using fresh spaghetti this dish can be cooked and served in 5 minutes! Fast food never tasted so good!

There are so many different delicious foods from every region in Italy and Sicily. Mario Batali is an excellent chef and is a walking encyclopedia of food from the different regions in Italy and Sicily. I learned a lot from him. Same goes for Nick Stellino.

Even though you don't think you put a lot of anchovies in there, the flavor that comes out of it when you taste it is definitely there, nice and salty, but not overpowering. Made it with a nice arugula side salad for some extra veggies. Super simple recipe and definitely worth a try! Loved it!
come on guys!!! Bertolli is actually a good brand and it is widely used in the UK. These recipes are directed mostly to the UK market where Bertolli can be easily found. If they started sponsoring expensive hard to find extra virgin olive oil everyone would be complaining about how expensive the recipe is etc etc. His recipes are good (I'm italian) fast and easy, perfect for any meal. There is nothing wrong in sponsoring a product, plus it is also stated in the description. Also keep in mind these video are FREE to watch, and so are the recipes.Great job Gennaro as always :)

We have similar dish In Italian restaurant I work for but with Linguine and we add cherry tomatoes. This dish called Linguine alla Zia Maria. I couldn’t find this dish anywhere so I guess my Italian chef made this recipe up but it’s sooo good. I used to hate anchovies but in this dish.. it’s divine

I love to use the combination of butter and olive oil to make my sauce for pasta. It's not as greasy as cream or cheese. And It gives a pretty aroma to the dish 😍😍😍

Make this all the time. Tried it both ways using just olive oil..I much prefer the olive oil butter..Makes the dish more creamy..I also add some smoked bacon and mushrooms..Incredible...
a warm creamy muffin,i like to lick all the cream out first,,lol i really like desserts with custard.like apple crumble and custard,or some chocolate cake with a generous amount of custard.the first option sounds most appealing tho,,what do you think.;-p
