Man not gonna lie I was a bit skeptical about the upholstery at first but it turned out soooooo nice, I'm jealous as hell. You did a great job, how did you learn to do it? I'd like to give it a shot myself sometime although maybe on smaller easier pieces first but I wouldn't know where to start. I love that you can really make your 100% own custom car that way, no other mk2 on the planet like yours right now. Really looking forward to some paint updates and the seats done, gonna be one hell of a car man. Can I ask how much the bodywork is going to set you back roughly? No worries if you don't feel like sharing that info just thought I'd ask since I'm gonna have to need some bodywork done too haha

@@Project7YT Quite big yeah. Jamie Orr was actually here for the vw camp fest last weekend.Also helps that VW S.Africa actually made the mk1 till 2009.You can get interesing pieces like mk1 cupholders and a variety of OEM interiors.

Depending where your from in wurope its from a LUPO 3L, south Africa its from a velocity
Looks really good against the mk2 dash. Love it. Think some Brazilian VWs may have gotten them as well.
