The video content in this is very largely confusing and unrelated to the topic. Why you need to show internal combustion engines or the creation of toroidal transformer windings when contrasting different types of electric motors is beyond me. Similarly, illustrating a comment about axial motors with footage of lateral flux motors can only mislead.

Heh. "A motor converts motor energy into mechanical energy." LOL. I noticed that comment and thought, "What the. . ?" Half of this video is put together by people who have no clue. The video currently showing has no relationship to what's being discussed.
Been around for a very long time. The first usable electric motor resembled one of these but open and one side missing so the sandwich effect wasn't there but he managed 300W out of it.
Anybody noticed the winding of a torïdal transformer @5:12 that doesn't belong there (even twice)? Regretfuly a lot of old-fashioned motors where a bit more footage on-topic of the subject would be highly appreciated
The commentary has no relation to the pretty pictures at all. You may as well have pictures of cabbages and kings for all the relevance to the words. Then the words are meaningless in their own right, it explains nothing, in fact one bit of it which I cannot be bothered going back to find, made no sense whatsoever. I couldn't be watch to the end as it was so poorly put together. Rubbish clickbait, I wish that YT had a "Don't Show Again" button so that I could click it and this channel would never darken my screen again.
Maybe you can make another video about the working principles, manufacturing challenges and performance of the axial flux motor. Explanations about combustion engines, radial flux motors etc. can be omitted. Thank you.
I appreciate if you explain the each manufacturing process involved like type of stator winding connection, rotor type, major materials and equipment's used at Axial flux motor as compared with radial flux motor more clearly.
It is thoroughly confusing when the narration is about axial flux motors, but the video is displaying radial flux motors. Or vice versa. I gave up.

i think this sentence at 0:57 is wrong: "the gap between the rotor and the stator is parallel to the axis of rotation in axial flux motors" -- don't you mean radial flux motors?
The motors haven't been the barrier to electric planes for a long time. Energy storage is the challenge.

This type of motors is just an upgrade an old tehnology, it was used on old computers to create flopydrive motors or in old videocasette machine, printer machine, and many others things.
Rolls Royce chose it for their aircraft world speed record design also its the same design used by supercar builders... because they keep their torque at speed and their efficiency is uncanny... I think higher than you quote.

I feel dumber after watching this video. The narration doesn't add/is not related to the actual video content. I have no clue what the narrator is saying, he seems to be throwing out terms that don't match the content of the video but by the time I am able to figure what is being shown, he's gone on to a more confusing topic. AARRGG

EV's have got a long way to go before they produce less Co2 than their internal combustion engined counterparts! This is well known by producers of such vehicles, but the way they wrangle figures makes it look like this is not the case! Truth is that for the foreseeable future, EV's actually contribute further to climate change!
The Tesla Domain good information but you talk too fast and use unfamiliar terms during this presentation and many of your video footage clips did not match the narration and so it was confusing gibberish much of the time. I slowed down the playback speed to 75% and that helped but you have serious problems with this presentation.
Don't be fooled, some of the terms don't really exist. Video sounds and looks like an AI mashup.

Not to mention half of what's being shown has no relationship to what is being discussed. Sometimes the timing is just way off. It'll talk about a radial motor while showing an axial flux motor, then show a radial motor while talking about an axial motor.

Explanation is too fast and the video animation is irrational and does not follow the explanation. Simply a animation without proper explanation of working.
This is an awful video. IT's like they took all of the manufacturing videos they could find, and then strung them together. The audio barely related to the video content, and while the audio was interesting, the video made it quite confusing.
