2.7km 👍🔥
I can barely fly 300 400 metres with mine at 800mw .i also use ev800d might be some issues with the quad or something
There can be plenty of reasons, on why you can barely fly 300 400 meters. Bad VTX antenna, bad VTX, bad cable that connect VTX and anntena (if you have one), VTX is not configured well, RF noisy environment...etc. Try and troubleshot every component.
@@disnator thanks for the reply man
Lemme see all of them
I had range issues with Eachine TX805 transmitter, changed it to AKK and get better reception and range @ 200mW than on Eachine with supposed 800mW
Also check the polarization, right hand or left hand. I believe the 800d is rhcp.
Finally manually scan to your band/channel.
Or autoscan at a distance. Often times you will autoscan to the wrong channel.
Is it legal where you live or did you get special permission to fly over 400ft?
lol, almost nowhere is legal to fly that high and some countries (if not most) require you to keep the drone within visual range, EVEN if flying with goggles and that drone is not visible at 2km distance (never mind the height!).
WHO CARES
@@BlenderRender1 the FAA
@@SemiCollin Are you the FAA? last time I checked your not.
@@BlenderRender1 I can’t remember ever saying that
Whats your rc link and transmitter?
You can see in video description
iin the event you lose video signal, wtf do you do lol
if the drone has a gps and is setup properly it can be set to return to home if signal is lost.
Failsafe
I have GPS and I have setup return to home function. Also, I'm recording DVR, and also I have enabled EdgeTX flight log, and GPS coordinates in OSD. In case that quad goes down, I can see last GPS coordinates in DVR or in EdgeTX log. Beside that, qurad is equipped with buzzer, and I'm slightly familiar with terrain and flight route.
Hi please reply which antenna and fpv Google you used
Does the name of the video mean anything to you?
Googles are Eachine EV800D with stock antennas.
Which antenna did you use in the quad?
Clone of TBS Triumph Pro made by Eachine
Stock antenna?
Yes. I used stock antennas. I also mentioned it in the title of the video
