    This is **the** one workout I consistently come back to because
    A) I break a sweat every time
    B) I never get bored thanks to not having to tons of reps
    C) My bf told me my butt looked good after doing it a couple times a week for a month ><

      It took about a month for my bf to notice haha I don’t look at my own butt much so I haven’t noticed myself. I went from doing only some light cardio to doing band work 2-3 times a week and yoga 5-6 times a week and upping my protein intake, so it was a big change for me!
      From what I’ve heard it takes going to the gym and lifting some real weight to see a really significant change in your body but this is an awesome alternative while in quarantine :)

    Yalllll, i did this consistently for 2 weeks and started drinking protein shakes and i couldnt stop getting compliments on my booty 🤩🥹!! I can literally see the difference and my butt just looks so much better in leggings now. DO ITTTTTT!!

      ​@@honeymaritv6929 Any kind of protein will do, even dietary. You can easily look up high protein foods, which include legumes, solid yoghurts & meat.
      But if you're gonna supplement, look for mixed protein shake powders. My personal picks are ones with fast & slow release proteins: Whey Protein Powder, Milk Protein Powder & Egg White Powder.
      Remember not to go above 1.2 grams times your own bodyweight in kilograms. If you consume above the recommended intake you can actually end up losing weight. I learned that the hard way.
      Eat lots of carbs too, fuel up your body, let that muscle grow, and then lose excess bodyweight once you've reached desired muscle mass (no such thing as good muscle growth without getting a little bit of fat, it's perfectly okay and healthy as you can always lose it later)
      Remember that it's a slow process. Take your time, it'll take a lot longer than 2 weeks to see really good results. Up to 2 months to see satisfying results, but that's better than doing nothing for 2 months and still being at the same place in life. Most importantly, stay consistent, follow a routine, and have fun working out! Your future self will thank you for it!

      @@honeymaritv6929 Oh my goodness, I’m just seeing these replies 3 months later. But I drink ensure plus, it has 350 calories and 16 grams of protein. I try to drink one in the morning and one before bed. I struggled with a low appetite but after going to gym, my appetite has actually increased so that makes my protein and calorie goals easier to reach.

      @Ingoc Hi, no I did not get any more stretch marks than I originally had but remember those are your tiger stripes, they look AWESOME. No, it did not give me a box shaped waist. My waist is naturally small but I did notice some fat gain in my stomach which I would contribute to my extra calories to gain weight. For your last question, my thighs did get bigger but I would not say that this video was the source of that as I was eating in a caloric surplus in order to gain weight. Hope this answers all of your questions!

    Update: Someone actually reached out to me on my tiktok asking if I have died lmao, I can confirm that's not the case, I've just switched up my workout routine and now do longer workouts as well as ice skating and dancing cuz its fun :)

    this workout is amazing. I feel sore but i don’t feel tired. I usually get an awful headache after a workout but not this one!

      Hey by any chance would you be having a flat foot arch and doing reps full of aerobic exercises e.g. HIIT? I mean sometimes people get headaches from even running if their feet is not well supported e.g. flat foot arch/ going barefooted/ worn out/bad-at-supporting-ankles sports shoes

    doing this exercise for a month straight!!!
    measurements before a month:
    waist: 25 inches, butt: 34 inches
    measurements after 1 week:
    waist: 25 inches, butt: 35 inches
    measurements after 1 month:
    waist: 24 inches, butt: 39 inches
    I'm thinking maybe this exercise isn't really effective for my waist haha but nonetheless it reduced an inch!

    I like how you explain how your form affects your glutei like keeping the spine aligned when doing donkey kicks or keeping your chin tucked in hip thrust I haven’t heard any other influencers address the importance of form like that it’s really helpful!

    AUG 26th - hi, i just ordered my resistance band online, will be arriving soon!
    SEP 1st - so my resistance band hasn’t arrived yet. plus i’m cramping, so we’re gonna push this workout to Sept 6th.
    SEPT 5th - resistance band came early! did my first workout this morning. it was kinda easy, but i know by tomorrow my muscles are gonna tell a different story.
    SEPT 6th - today workout was great. definitely starting to feel the after affects!
    SEPT 7th - day 3 was a success!
    SEPT 8th - okay so i took ONE break day, wasn’t feeling too well. 😭🥺
    SEPT 9th - i’m back!! see ya tomorrow boo!
    SEPT 10th - got home from work, took a nap, woke up and it was the next day. 😭
    SEPT 11th - got up early BEFORE work, happy to say workout was complete.
    SEPT 12th - wash day, workout clothes we’re getting clean.

    I just got my first set of resistance bands... I really just picked a random brand and the easiest one is hard for me rn sooo I gotta work up to the small ones. This was a good video to show me what I can do with them/how to use them. Definitely felt the burn😫

    So I have decided to try this workout retinue. I started yesterday and today I was already a little sore! Which is awesome! It's day too of ny workout. My starting but size was a littoe over 29inches! I will be taking measurements after each week! Wish me luck! I want my old body back! The body I had before I wonderful daughter came into this world 9 years ago!

    I'm on my 4th day and it feels real good. I had to take a break after 2 days though because I was suprr sore and didn't want to hurt myself. But the day after my rest day the workout felt good. I was enjoying the burn more already instead of hating it! I'm super exited and cant wait till this workout is easy and I can start doing more!

      whiterino666 looks like a cotton resistance band. They don’t ball up. I recommended SuzieB bands!

    I absolutely love working with resistance bands and will do this one again sometime - I think I could up the 'strength' of the band for some of them. I especially liked the on the stomach move - I usually hate those and find them hard to do but this one was so accessible!

    OK I'm excited to try these out I have weak hips after an injury making everything impossible so I sat around or laid down for months as i couldnt walk which caused my glutes to deteriorate. My right one is so weak physio could feel me shaking when she held my leg up to do exercises for my back the left is getting that way now too. Hopefully I can strengthen them back up

    I just got some bands yesterday and then found this video. I'm still a beginner with a workout routine but I really liked the timer and how it helped me push through each set. I ended up doing this video 3 times to help build resistance, so thank you for making this video :)

    Day 19 of the January challenge. This wasn’t so bad, my resistance band actually stayed on and didn’t curl up like it normally did. This gave my booty a real good burn. Now it’s on to the next work out 😢😂

    I really like this activation cycle! I compared doing this before a lower body workout vs. not doing it at all and WOW I feel it so much more in my glutes. Since I think it’s important to workout both your glutes and your quads, I keep doing this one. Thank you!

    Been doing this workout daily for past 2 weeks and it's made a positive difference to my balance and strength. Looking forward to increasing glute strength and adding core strength as well. Great job, great music (hint, am a big Kaskade & Deadmau5 fan).

    Love all of your workouts Maddie! I wondered if you considered doing some workouts without music and just your instruction so we can add our own? I think I have heard the "doubts" song like 500 times at this point lol! Your cues are super helpful but I would love to add my own tunes if possible... again thank you so much for all of your hard work! And, I realize most people probably love having the music so I get it if I am being unreasonable :)

    My state has one into another lockdown sadly.

    day 1: I could def feel the burn towards the end , not too challenging!
    day 2: my body is kinda sore and this time it was a bit harder to do but pain is a good sign !

    Fantastic video! I don't have a good gym option in my town and have an injury that prevents mang types of exercises. I was able to do this mo problem. Will definitely be checking out other vids and subscribing.
