Thanks Tim for pursuing this, so a manufacturer would step to the plate. And thank the manufacturer “ Fastener“ as well. I have just ordered a 2038R, with the third, fourth, and fifth function. I was informed by the dealership that the four port quick connect was not compatible when ordering a third function. So this is coming out just in time for me. I definitely will spend the extra $1000 for the six port quick connect and still be left, wishing that we could put the six ports out the rear as well. But then I consider that being too lazy. Thanks again Tim, and God bless, good looking out for the Consumer.😅

Tim, you continue to keep us up to date and educated. Thank you!
Relying on our local JD dealer has become an exercise in futility. A simple mid-mount hydraulic coupler was not in stock. Yet, the JD dealer in Atlanta had 150+ in stock. Both dealers part of a large national JD chain.
After the last two hurricanes, we really needed to get our property cleaned up (A dozen trees snapped in half, etc. . Yet, a simple coupler cost us over a week in downtime.
Once the tractor was back we continued our cleanup. On a whim, I checked the hoses and made sure all were tight and not leaking. Next, I checked the Hydraulic fluid level: Down nearly 2 quarts.
Also, the hydraulic lines were not reset in the restraints. One line was lodged against a motor mount.
This type of careless service has been the "norm" for the past 10 years. (an alternator loosely fastened, fell onto the fan, etc. .)
In summary: keep up the HOW TOs and instructional videos as well as showing us the latest technology and gadgets.
You're needed now, more than ever.

What a great product for those that remove their loaders. Using a single point connector is soooo easy! Tim,that had to be a labor of love for you resulting in a real product improvement for those that can use them. Another example of good collaboration with companies to produce a superior product. Nice job Tim. Blessings.

Wow, Tim this is incredible to see you pull this together. Your influence on the tractor community, not just reviewing existing products, but working to facilitate new products that fill gaps in what the OEMs offer is amazing. No surprise you are the largest compact tractor-based TH-cam channel!
In regards to future sizes, I would add a vote for a universal kit to add to older tractors. Essentially just the coupler, bring your own hoses/build your own bracket situation (similar to the universal version in the Summit rear remote kits you worked on). I'm sure this will be a lower priority than the 2 series/3 series.

Tim, this is great news. I have a 2038R and would be interested in buying a six or even 8 port connector. When I bought my tractor factory 3rd function did not exist so we used 4th funcion via rear remotes to create 3rd function ability. Now that Deere has made factory 3rd function, I have purchased the factory 3rd function and now have two sources of 3rd function. I have value and use from rear hydraulics for continuous flow for a broom and possibly a hydraulic post hole digger via my loader.
    Thank you

I also like the unbiased opinions you give on any equipment you get your hands on. I also like the small business you partner with. I think this kit should sell well! I just wish there was a kit for my 3x20!) I can’t believe for all the awesome ideas Deere has had with respect to making a compact tractor easier to use ( quick park loader, autoconnect mower, imatch, etc) that this isn’t one of them. I think this should be standard on all R models! (Along with a 3rd function on the loader if you opt for it)

Hi! It appears that the JD 2305 in it's factory state of installed equipment (loader, 62 in belly mower, front mount snow blower and back hoe) that this set up would require very little modification to install the 6 port. I have been toying with the idea of front grapple and thumb for the back hoe. Your thoughts?

Hi Tim, it’s Fred Leonard and we have taken receipt of our 2024, 2038 R in the month of May. Yes I definitely will be interested in the six port quick connect because the tractor is already ringed with the third function. The tractor was also ordered with the MSL loader with what I have read so far, I might be ordering the other loader to go along with that tractor. The reason I bring that up, is what to do if I purchased the other loader because then I will need two of the six ports, but only one at the tractor end. Let me know if that can be worked out, and I’m sure that others might be thinking the same way. Unless hydros has a remedy.😊

Do you have existing 4 port? If so, you can use the implement half of that to connect to the six port tractor side.
If you do not have existing 4 port, you have 2 choices:
      1) get flat face couplers for snow blower to connect to the single point directly
      2) continue to use the 4 individual mid couplers as usual. Just unplug the lines running to the new single point connector.

For the last option for the 2023 and later, it would be nice if there was a shorter hose kit for the top half to go with it. Deere for some reson keep the long hoses on the loader and made a large coil next to the single point faster. That with the coil for the 3rd function hoses makes for a lot of 'junk' in that area.

As a side note, do you have any points of contact at Discount Hydraulic Hose? When I first saw the 4 port product, I though it was a cool product, but considered it totally useless for me and for most compact tractor enthusiasts who might want it.
The reason I thought this was, I expected most people (not all, but most people) considering this sort of upgrade have probably added two more ports for their grapple, snow blower chute, etc, and they need a 6-port version.
I expect there will be more aftermarket demand for this 6-port coupler than for the 4-port version.
Will I buy one? I have to admit I'm not sure. If my wife was going to really mow our lawn with the 1025R, then definitely, yes, I would buy one.
For me and my personal use.... $1000 US$ is a lot of CDN$. It is $1525 with tax to be accurate.
Realistically I will probably wait until something breaks with my individual 4 & 2 port manual couplers.
There is one problem that I keep experiencing that this product should fix. That is how my implements keep building pressure whey are not in use. What I believe happens is I take something off in cool weather and try to install it in hot weather. The several 100's of psi or even 1000's of psi that develops makes it impossible to connect the implement without first dealing with the pressure. Often I need to get out my tools and loosen off one coupler on each circuit.

@TractorTimewithTim Yes, it is very interesting. I have a 3560 Grand L with 8 ports because we have the hydraulic SSQA, which we love, by the way. Someone makes one for our tractor, but the dealer discouraged it because they said people who had them on their tractor had issues getting them to reattach. Plus, we really haven't seen the need to take the loader off after owning it for about 18 months. I still like the concept on smaller tractors than ours.
