The title screen at the end made me feel so nostalgic ! I used to invite my best friend at my home for having fun, you know, and sometimes we would play 3D World. And before starting we would always just sit on the couch and watch the levels swapping and the characters runnin' and jumpin' around for about 2 minutes. We were just enjoying life...

Fun fact: 1-2 and 4-2 mentioned here: 2:03 are also the two warps zone levels in the OG super Mario bros

I don’t know if it’s not a secret but I found out that using a fire flower to keeping hitting a koopa shell into the air it will break into a 1-Up mushroom after a few hits
That was present in Super Mario 3D Land too.

The "secrets" were really lacking, a lot of these were super obvious or intended to be easily found, but I was surprised that secret wasn't mentioned because it's out of the way to find.

A secret 8 bit reference is in a lot of 3D Mario games. Like 8 bit Rosalina behind the skyscraper in darker side in SMO. And every level in NSLU there is a secret Luigi usually hiding as a decoration.
Not only levels, but on each world map and surrounding areas, menus, the instruction booklet, on certain enemies models, in cutscenes, etc. Nintendo really managed to include the Year of Luigi in every game lol

Rubén Rodríguez Álvarez except for nsmbw, in which it was 1-3; smb3, where the first warp whistle was also in 1-3; smw, in which the first secret exit was in 2-1; nsmb2, in which the first secret exit was in 1-tower; and smb2 (not lost levels), in which it was in 1-3? I can’t remember too much about that game.
You know, I knew of Super Mario 3D land's secret pipes but I never knew there were secret pipes in Super Mario 3D World until this video which surprised me.
That's also the secret exits for SMB.

Here's one: at the bottom of one of the sections in the digital manual you can find a hidden luigi.

Let me get you straight rn buddy. Almost every level in super mario 3d world has an 8-bit luigi. There are a couple which don’t but most of them do.
The 8-bit luigis are in the game for celebreting the year of luigi, and that year is 2013, when this game came out

Secret: Compare the SMB2 character selection screen music and the SM3DW 1-up house music. SMB2 came first, so that’s a throwback. IDK how you missed that.

Well, we *_may_* be getting a port soon, but that rumour/leak is, as of yet, unconfirmed. Be on the lookout for developments hinting at 3D World Deluxe though, lads, because there's a solid chance of it happening :)
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the sound effect for that Bowser train, is the same sound effect for the starting train you get in Spirit Tracks

Charging Chucks make the Super Mario World hit sound when defeated.
3D World is such a good game. I really hope it gets ported to Switch and that they re-add the removed 3D World stages in Captain Toad

No it isn't, there were no train levels in NSMB2. The golden Koopa shells found in that level are though.

In regards to melee and brawl, the number of enemies corresponds to what number game in the series it is referencing. Melee is 2 enemies and brawl 3!

In NSMBWii World 1-1, if you wait at the pipe leading to Star Coin 2, there is a bunch of coins and three 1-Up Mushrooms (near the end of the level)
id have to say, golden rosalina flag is most definitely super smash brothers brawl for the nintendo wii, best played with toad wii remote with wiimotion plus inside

World 5’s Golden Bowser Train is great if don’t have many lives left.
There was like 1% of this that I didn't know of. Trust me, play the game long enough with attention to detail and you'll notice some things.

I agree. Maybe as a bonus for basically re-buying a game they can add bonus levels, maybe a whole switch themed world where the color scheme is red and blue. Or new characters, like Wario and Waluigi.
Adam Yusuf that would be very interesting tbh. New character ideas: Yoshi (He can use his tongue and flutter jump so he can’t pick up power ups like Nabbit), Daisy (Double Jump), Wario and Waluigi would also be very amazing to see but let’s be honest they’re sadly gonna add toadette.
I'd be more inclined to buy a sequel.

Generally unsurprising they will implement these into the game. The cannons still exist in modern super Mario games,and this is a super Mario game.
