It was Scykoh who covered this game. Putting that out there for those who think he did. Edit: Holy crow you guys I didn't think I'd get 40+ likes on a reply to a comment with well over 10× that. Edit 2: Wow okay I can't math. 150 likes on the comment and 42 on my reply. That's less than 10×, hell that's just barely over 3×.
3:55 "the game will softlock" i believe that is a hard crash, or hardlock. softlock is when you can't progress but the game is otherwise still functional.
Softlock-Game reached a condition where you can no longer progress or are locked out of control of your actions. Game is still technically running fine and console is receptive and can be soft reset. Hardlock-The game as crashed. All function is halted and console is non-responsive. Console must be manually powered off. Corruption-Game data and/or save data is damaged by glitches or unintentional hardware behavior, resulting in abnormal behavior and/or complete inability to access the corrupted data. Depending on how it's done, it can either be fixed by simply resetting the console or, if the wrong data gets permanently corrupted, the game is toast.

Hey A+! I love your son of a glitch videos and they always make me laugh. Something I found with the glitch at 2:55 is if you hold the duplicated shell, then jump on the Koopa while still holding X or Y, your character will be holding air and it looks hilarious. If you let go of X or Y then your character will throw air.

3:58 claims glitch will soft lock 4:07 says that home button and everything is frozen and that you need to shut off everything. Isn't that a hard lock?
@@jahsjk4954 It's a crash. A softlock is when the game is still working (e.g. music keeps playing, menu still works) but you can't move or can't exit a stage or room you're in. You're forced to reset the game, but not the whole console. So yeah, you were right about it not being a softlock.
A soft lock is a glitch or piece of code that prevents a user from progressing in a video game campaign. I've seen all sorts of soft locks, some of which are permanent.
0:50 I think this glitch is caused by the game calling for a missing facial expresions some mario games swap out different faces during gameplay like mario holding his breath or a smile
I found an interesting glitch. 1. Make sure you haven't unlocked the pipe to go to the World 4 Mystery House 2. Use the World Bowser glitch to go onto the clear pipe and jump down to the World 4 Mystery House 3. Go through the pipe. Congratulations, you just went through a pipe and came out of the ground!
