About converting omega 3, yes its true, but its easy to get all you need anyway if you also eat a lot of fruit and greens wich are a good source of omega 3, I have done that for years and Iam not deficient in omega 3 fatty acids :)
Rawveganse (svenska) saturated fat is not bad I think they even did a video on it. coconut oil is better I think because more than 50% of it is MCT oil it's get absorbed easily in comparison than any other oil & it's tasty as hell plus no adulteration as yet (since 70% olive oil is fake) so it's better I didn't knew fruits & green have Omega 3 never heard abt it.
Wrong on so many levels. It’s simple really. Cut out sugar, carbs and fruit. Plants and veggies are full of neurotoxins that will increase systemic body inflammation and increase cardiovascular risks and worsen autoimmune diseases. Carnivore diet is best for reducing inflammation. Yes, this diet might increase your overall cholesterol numbers…..but it’s the quality of your cholesterol that matters. Get a doctor that truly understands metabolic health and make sure they know the right tests to order to understand your status. And like really good metabolic doctors say, your cholesterol levels are what they are because they need to be there. It’s already been proven a thousand times that high cholesterol does not cause heart attacks. People with low cholesterol have heart attacks all the time. Inflammation is the root cause.
White rice is high carbohydrate and it is a major cause for increased cholesterol. Use Millets, high fiber veggies, low fructose fruits , pulses in diet .
1. Exercise.
2. Eat more fiber.
3. Lose some weight.
4. Increase the intake of olive oil.

All oils are bad u can take in limit
What do you think about Coconut oil? Maybe flax might be good for vegans instead of salmon :)
Rawveganse yep coconut oil is even better than olive oil. flax contain ala not epa & dha & in men only 5% of consumed ala can convert & 15% for young women. better would be sea based DHA supplements but for EPA you had to eat fish or fish oil no alternative.
BlackfireVatsal thanks for your reply! Yes coconut oil might be good, but there are so many different studies, therories etc about if the saturated fat from coconut is good or bad...its confusing! Nobody knows :P BUT for me, it feels good, so I go for my own feeling- it might be good then!
About converting omega 3, yes its true, but its easy to get all you need anyway if you also eat a lot of fruit and greens wich are a good source of omega 3, I have done that for years and Iam not deficient in omega 3 fatty acids :)
Rawveganse (svenska) saturated fat is not bad I think they even did a video on it.
coconut oil is better I think because more than 50% of it is MCT oil it's get absorbed easily in comparison than any other oil & it's tasty as hell plus no adulteration as yet (since 70% olive oil is fake) so it's better
I didn't knew fruits & green have Omega 3 never heard abt it.
Carbohydrates and insulin resistance is the culprit for heart disease and chronic illness and high cholesterol
Coconut is not a great substitute. High polyphenol oil olive is the best choice by far and you don't need to consume much. Just daily intake.
Diabetic increases tri.
Kohli...
Just switch to carnivore.
To lower triglycerides you have to put yourself into a diet for at least 1 month by eating white steam rice with vegetables.
White rice is high carbohydrate and it is a major cause for increased cholesterol. Use Millets, high fiber veggies, low fructose fruits , pulses in diet .
Completely wrong. Rice and veges are essentially carbohydrates which create triglycerides. Stop giving folk remedies.
2:50 Significant reduction of HDL...
and a significant increase of HDL?!
