Take 5 drops of Methylene Blue in a cup of water for last 6 days. Plenty of energy, no body ache now. Too many supplements can cause negative interactions.

It is my understanding that they both make us healthier by being mitochondrial stressors, and we regenerate to be more capable of dealing with the stressors, as our bodies are antifragile.
