In other words, STRONGLY appears my only option is implant. Your presentation made that a simpler decision. Only problem is cost. Quoted $20k. Although we don't have any personal relationships with any physicians in Jacksonville, Dr. Jon Beilan in Clearwater, FL or Dr. Rafael Carrion in Tampa would be excellent choices. My dudes. ED can be a sign of greater health problems in which case pills and surgeries are just a bandaid solution. You may be on your way to heart disease and an early grave. I'd say you owe it to yourself to try to improve your health first. Try 20-30mins of light to moderate intensity cardio every day, quit porn and masturbation for a week or two (or 12) in case you have a dopamine sensitivity issue. Lose weight if you're overweight. Only if you have overall good health and fitness, and good dopamine sensitivity then maybe consider popping pills and getting surgeries. Also, if your partner is overweight then limiting porn is a must, unfortunately. The reality is your partner won't do anything for you visually if you're used to looking at fit and healthy babes online. This advice isn't FDA approved and I'm not a doctor, but I do have a masters in common sense.

You speak nothing but facts, I’m 26 started having ED problems around a few years ago when I was doing it with a friend and even before it wasn’t awkward I just thought it was me being nervous but y would I be nervous to have sex with a friend I find so attractive. Now I’ve gained weighed since the other years I would still stay erect even after finishing which’l was amazing. Now I couldn’t even stay up after. I decided to change my lifestyle lose almost a lot of weight and get away from porn and things like that to my surprise one day down there I could get erect even with the thought of sex and things like that like years before. I’ve never felt that way after ED then fixing myself up and working out I’m back in business.

I had surgery at a VA hospital for ED and, rightly or wrongly, I chose to go with the malleable implant thing rather than this pump device. I figured that it was simpler. I would not need to have my lady wait while I made the thing work or get her to operate it. I thought I would just bend it upright for use and then bend it down afterwards.
I figured it completely wrong. Two months after surgery I am still bothered by pruritus that came up right after the surgery and with a permanent erection that I cannot bend out of the way without going through a lot of pain, since the tissue is all very very sensitive to touch and itchy and it chafes against my clothing when bent out of the way. To say nothing of the fact that it is a permanent erection and very awkward to deal with out in public - it should be bent down out of the way, where it still looks like a gun in my pocket and always it very irritated because of friction. I have to wear a big sweat shirt to cover up.
But the original problem began a few years ago when I underwent laser surgery on the prostate - supposedly to cure incontinence but not effective - since it was misdiagnosed by incompetent doctors at the VA in Phoenix who sent me to a quack for the operation, without anyone cluing me in that this could - and did - fry my cavernous nerve.
The doctors I see on TH-cam are as far removed from VA doctors as MD's are above school girls.
They knew nothing about the Pruritis Scroti or the treatments that are available for it. The urology department at the VA in Phoenix were the same people that were found guilty of wrongful deaths for 20 or 30 veterans from whom they withheld cancer treatment. In my case they simply brushed off their disgraceful treatment as unimportant since Vietnam veterans are old and probably going to die of suicide or something worse soon anyway.
The VA doctors in Massachusetts are not familiar with the effects that their surgeries had on me not the medical treatments available for them.
I hope you can reach out to more people and educate them to at least not trust VA doctors and not just submit to authority an do what they are told when their are sensible and helpful options out there.

Was this video made before approval of the platelet rich plasma injection, PRP shot?
I'm patient imagining the process of the implant solution. This could be totally wrong.
A retractor to position, A posterior incision the entire length. Severing the urethra at the base to get it out of the way. Then using another device Evert (invert) the organ. Like a cylinder shape forced into the anterior side and clamped to stay. Now both Chambers are completely exposed and the skin at the base may be pulled back. Then the implant procedure can begin.
I couldn't dream of being a subject except at the most dire end of all possibilities.
HowEVer, the reported satisfaction rate is very high. So I expect there is good pressure involved that would be very satisfying to the owner as well as added dimension to length and even more to girth and could expand the skin so the whole thing is hard. But trade the feeling of it being a muscle you control and hold? It would really change sex forever. I'm glad that it's available but only at the end.

John, I am starting a business concerning men's health issues using healing hypnosis. The person's Higher Self/Subconscious knows exactly what the problem is and can fix things in most cases. I do know that one of my clients, a friend had a hernia and it was repaired within 5 minutes across states. He was in Maine and I in Texas. I went through my son under hypnosis and was able to do that many years ago.
I need volunteers for this study. You stay in your home. It is like taking a nap. I do it over the phone. I record the sessions, so you can have a copy of it. It is well worth a shot, it is free at this time. If you are interested drop me a line at inspire734@yahoo.com in the subject put Men's Health. Thanks.

Best info I’ve seen yet on the ED subject!! I’m 63 and have experienced mild ED off and on for the last 15 or so years. I discovered that by simply scraping my teeth with a little bit of viagra and letting it dissolve under my tongue was sufficient to having normal satisfying erections. Recently however this has not worked reliably and even taking a whole pill has not always worked. Also when it has worked I have noticed my orgasms are not as intense and satisfying. I am intrigued by the implant procedure. My most satisfying erections were when I used very little viagra (scraping teeth) to none at all. So my question is with the implant is it possible to achieve a natural erection without pumping? Or once installed you must pump the saline in to achieve an erection. Please offer any thoughts you might have? Thanks!!

SUNPUP, Viagra is just a 1st generation pill. Do 2 things: switch to Vardenifil specifically, and it works a lot better than Viagra. Take it 30 min or more before sex but don't take on a full stomach. Next, take Saffron extract in a capsule form. Saffron increases penile sensitivity. You take the saffron daily as a supplement, and you take the Vardenifil as needed before sex. The Vardenifil will work for 24 hours, so if you don't have sex right away, you can always have it within 24 hours of taking it. Jeff

A year ago I had the Holep procedure done . After the procedure the erection was OK but after a few minutes, it was just die like someone turn the light switch off. I know with that procedure you have retrograde ejaculation, which doesn’t bother me at all. It’s it’s that I just never get to climax! After that procedure, I got a stricture in the Buber area . First, we tried the dilation and the surgeon cut on the structure a little bit. It really didn’t do anything and it didn’t help with the frequency of urination plus I couldn’t empty my bladder, so we went with a urethroplasty, and from what I’ve read it can cause ED but after six or seven months it should repair itself. Is that true and what would cause it? I know there’s lots of blood vessels and nerves where I was cut and maybe that’s what caused it. Hopefully it will come back. It seems to be getting a little better but still maybe only halfway there with the erection.

I was having ed issues and it turns out I had testicular cancer. So in 2019 I had surgery & lost my left testicle. Then in January 2020 I had radiation treatment just below my belly button and up to my chest. Everything was working great after that! Fast forward to July of 2021...back to the ed issues again...Blood work all comes back ok. My testosterone is a little above normal for my age they say. So the pills are barely working, pumps are a pain. My wife of 24yrs thinks it's because I don't find her attractive anymore, which is so far from the truth!...It's amazing the mental toll this has on me! P.S. I'm only 42....

Statins make it go bye-bye for good, but they don't tell you that. I got off of them and I'm coming back. I hope this helps

The pills dont fix physiological problems, they only inhibit somthing that effects nitric oxide levels so that the natural process of an erection can occur. Change your diet, exercise, do whatever you can to up your nitric oxide levels and you can solve the issue. Also do hypnotism and/or look for ways to fix the psychological aspects of impotence...think porn addiction, for example or other personal issues. I mean, try this first for 3-6 months vs relying on unnatural methods or medications. Plus you'll just feel healthier.

I noticed this too. I took Beta-Sitosterol for years in hopes of blocking dht and halting my hair loss and it messed up my libido for a long time. It worked for hair loss but totally wasn't worth it. I take different herbal supplements nowadays that do make a difference, but drinking 120 ounces of water a day totally made the biggest difference for me. I have struggled with a pelvic floor dysfunction, which I believe affects my erections and I think the water helps with that as well.
