Thank you for your videos and info, I have been seeing my urologist for years and have been battling ED for the same period. He has never mentioned the implant, he just keeps changing meds etc. is your clinic available for out of state clients ?

Something to add. I started to have very regular morning wood and in general more libido over the day after starting to take ADHD pill Rilatine at the age of 57. Not only this, many other things improved also. I knew I had some issues with dopamine already before that. So I think low dopamine issue affects also the erections. BTW my testo is very high for my age.
Amphetamines are a great way to boost dopamine but could also give you ED if you had normal dopamine levels to start with and use them over a period and stops taking them. Anything that boots dopamine naturally will help ED in the long run. Watch what body builders do, they are like a crash course in hormonal optimation. Stress is the bigest ED contributor.

Radiation is not good for the little swimmers, pretty much frys them so if you don't care about having kids and willing to gamble with testicular cancer in the future x-rays would be fine haha.
I am 44 idk if i really have a problem but sometimes i do. But in a good dey i can last 10 mins. Is that normal?
There are so many factors involved, it's a miracle we can get erect. Anxiety was always a major problem for me. Oral phentolamine has been extremely helpful.

@@abelyerikaguerra1540 Phentolamine has many uses, it is an approved ED treatment in some countries (not the US). It is an old drug, heart patients should never take it and a medical prescription is required.
Finasteride/propecia for hair loss causes it.
And just an FYI, a lot of men don't get help from Medicare with regards to testosterone medication. You need shots or you need to take special pills. Maybe you can address some natural way of supplanting some of the above?

Hi Doc, I recently found your channel. I’ve had ED for the last year, and I noticed it started when I started urinating frequently,and a very weak stream. Sometimes I’ll go over 10-15 times a day but only a few ounces come out. Then the ED got worst when my urinating more. I know somehow that these two are related and my family doctor wants to put me on Flomax, which I’m never going to take. So what would you suggest,? If you’re allowed to give support
Probably you have diabetes.
Check your blood sugar level.
Check your prostate. Have a physical examination of your prostate and also check your PSA level.

It’s been proven age has nothing to do with this issue!! It’s what’s been put in our food and water supply and materials such as plastic! Particularly a particular called Bisphenol A! Micro and nano plastics are a massive issue here!
Why not replace the arteries in the penis with synthetic arteries? Then no pump is needed and it's back to normal? And the number one reason for Ed is arteries that are reduced in size for whatever reason, cholesterol or plaque build up so there needs to be a way to remove all that and it would solve most mens problems with Ed. We have had medical science around so long and all we come up with is a pump that's ridiculous.

I am the same way. I never get turned on by any girls or anything for that matter. I was never attracted to sex. In fact the whole thing just grosses me out. I do get erections though and just rub it out from time to time. I consider myself asexual.

Doctor, you don't mention PIED or porn induced ED. There is a great deal of science that concludes it is a real thing and my husband now suffers from it. Long and very painful story, but I wish there was help for him.

Dude, you’ve talked about all the physical problems but not once talked about any mental problems that can lead to ED like anxiety, depression, and Porn Addiction. You shouldn’t leave those out as causes
