Honesty, from an older woman's perspective, what we really want is a man who will talk to us, listen, be affectionate and honest. We understand aging, we are going through a lot ourselves with body image issues. Men, don't let ED stop you from being affectionate, don't look at it as a failure because it doesn't have to be. Stay connected with your loved one, talk, give women some credit please.

However, after his death my daughter mentioned they had not had sex for 6 months, even though they were amorous and very close and on video phone or texts many times per day. It seems to me now that he was unable to have sex and didn't want to communicate that. This video could have saved his life. Than, you for clearly communicating on a very uncomfortable subject

My dear husband had ED after no problems for decades, it came on over a few months and later he could no longer urinate, a trip to the er discovered renal failure and multiple myeloma, a cancer. Sadly he passed away 14 months after diagnosis. If we had known that ED can be a symptom of something more than getting a magic pill prescribed we would have known to go to a doctor sooner. I am sure this video will save lives in the future. Yeah well i went to a cardiologist after getting ed and he was annoyed that i was talking about ed. He said he is a heart doctor and your heart seems fine after simply puttinf his stethoscope to my chest. And i have been to countless pther specialists including 6 urologists. And all my dozen symptoms including ed started immediately after varicose vein surgery. The surgeon had no idea what happened and refused to see me again. All of these doctors are useless. Overpaid. Cant even fix problems within their own specialty and problems they caused!! Every Doctor should be able to do corrective surgery, there should be a full body scan to locate any problem within the body. They dont have anything close to that and its 2024!!@ @TalkingWithDocs

I had ED for nearly a year and my cardiologist told me that it was probably part of aging. He even recommended me to see the urologist and the latter offered to prescribe viagra to me, in which I respectfully refused. Anyway, after bouts of side effects with statin, in which It never crossed my mind to be of any link to the ED, I stop the medication and guess what??!! ED was also part of statin's adverse effects. I am back to my old glory.

It is really important to exercise and reduce stress in your life before embarking on medication. Like the Doctor said, stop smoking, reduce alcohol, exercise (walking, working in garden …does not have to be at the gym, just get off the sofa) and reduce the stress in your life. Also, don’t forget that sex with your partner does not always have to include intercourse. There are hundreds of sex toys on the market that men can use to help their wives enjoy sex…and it also takes away the anxiety from guys as they do not worry about getting an erection.

Wow, this is interesting. I bet this video helped a lot of men in getting info and also feeling better about talking to their doctors. Really interesting that ED is early warning sign of cardiovascular problems. Glad you brought up that sex is really important to overall mental and physical health. That becomes especially evident when you don't have it. It's too bad that many people aren't able to fulfill that need for one reason or another and really have nowhere to turn. Also, as soon as I started watching, I started thinking about your Viagra Blooper video and started worrying that Dr. Zalzal and Dr. Weening were going to start cracking up. Glad you made it through. I'm not a doctor, so please keep that in mind. But I can tell you of a friend of mine that went through exactly what you did. He ended up getting the penile injection medication. When he first told me about it, I must admit, I reflexively bent my knees together imagining how horrible it would be to get a shot in the ole John Thomas.
He invited me over to his place for a beer and a chat about his new life. The needle used is incredibly thin and very short. The medication itself isn't very viscous, and he said the whole experience was less painful than a flu shot!
Of course, individual experiences vary, but I can tell you that my buddy is no tough guy... was captain of the Chess Club in High School, and the very last guy I'd ever expect to get up the nerve to stick a needle in his penis. He said the training he got from his doc took all the fear factor out completely.
We're now five years down the road, and he's still using the injection.
All I know is on my deathbed, I don't want to be thinking back on a sexless "sunset years," and wishing I'd talked to the doc.

Fortunately I live in the UK so I don't actually have to pay but each injection is £10 GBP.

I’m in my early 30’s and have had erectile issues stemming from porn and using masturbation to cope with stress and boredom. I bought cialis online from China which is borderline illegal but it was much cheaper and passed through. It worked like a dream the first few times and I thought I was cured! But it still hasn’t been the complete answer long term. I really think abstaining from porn and exercise and little to no masturbation is the answer and an ED drug can give you that extra push to help you. So basically if you want to heal you got to work for it. I specifically think cardio will help someone the most.
