    What is the process for ressetting? The instructions says "codes will flash until the ECU is reset by being powered down and restarted".. Is that just disconnecting the battery? For reference I have a 2022 KTM 500 EXC-F with FMF 4.1. I am getting a constant blinking code light and need to reset. The bike runs perfect .. Not sure why its blinking.. Thanks

    Exactly how do the low thru high settings work? Is 1 lean and 10 rich?

    does this work in conjunction with the Yamaha app for a 2019 yz450f?

      It replaces your stock ecu so your power tuner app won’t work anymore

    Does anyone know where I can find the chart of what the x10 maps do? I lost the sheet for my vortex ecu that I installed on my 2019 yz250f

    Will the ecu change my rev limit do I need a tachometer for a ktm 500

    • @xXEYSPENXx
      @xXEYSPENXx 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      On the presets it says what it changes the rev limit too. I think the first 1-7 maps revs out to 10k rpm

    i have one on my yfz450r, (stock with FMF exhaust and Powerbomb header) its at lo5 mid5 hi 5 X10:1, I'm wondering if i have to increase it since its getting cold here in quebec, temperature dropped below 15 degrees and it was set at those parameters in summertime (75 degrees)

      2012skaterz2012 no your efi bike has an intake air temperature sensor and changes the settings itself with the temp

    I have a 2018 KTM 450 sxf which comes with factory 2 map, traction control and launch switch.
    Will I loose those switch functions with this ecu?
    Do I have to buy that extra switch to change maps on my KTM with the vortex?

    I have 2017 sxf250 . I want to take it enduro. Will that ecu help with stalling and power delivery?

    • @jaredallen8054
      @jaredallen8054 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have it on my 2018 rmz450 it’s far from stock and when I put this guy on I noticed an immediate huge change it was worth the 700 I paid I love it the bike starts first kick even when cold (after priming) and has a huge change in power. Now stalling you might have to work on that and your clutch fingers. I suggest a rekluse 3.0 exp clutch. You will never stall it again unless you have catastrophic engine failure I can promise you that
