Love the solder idea. Love the new dubbing. Won't say how only dead trout could see the thorax cover. LOL. Overall a great fly and enjoying FM product here in the USA now.
Great looking fly. My only comment is that I'm entirely in favor of the Eco Warrior dubbing - with the growing awareness of microplastic contamination, it should be incumbent on fly fishers to try to minimize our contribution to that significant environmental threat.
So nymphs tumble when they come down the river so either side will work. In the USA where I live I have tried both ways on heavily pressured water and both work just the same
This nymph has accounted for some very nice fish since you guys have been selling it. I love it!
Super happy to hear it!

Really happy you're enjoying our products!
How exactly do you solder the bead in place? That would be very helpful if you did a tutorial on that.
Beautiful fly
That’s a move I never saw melting the lead to the hook. Probably works very well. Now my brain is coming up with ideas.
We use a lead free solder, but yes, it works very well to add weight!
@@FullingMillTVit’s a great idea to add extra weight into flies. Not sure how fips mouche would like it but I’m sure you could get away with it
Very interesting indeed, thanks!!

I wonder if Super glue and baking soda have the same effect.
Lovley tie. But thorax cover should be on the underside on a jig pattern
It performs just great where it is!
Underside or topside? It’s really just a preference thing. It doesn’t matter!

It absolutely does not matter.
Doesn’t matter bud.
