I know some of us are too young to remember, but It was because of P3's and P4's success that P5 was a AAA release in the first place. P4 was particularly successful after the breakout Persona 3. Can you buy it as a first-time player? Never played any Persona before. Thank you!
i’d say you should play persona 5 royal first
@@mikeikeei disagree. P5R is such a complex and vast game that I recommend P4G as it has the superior cast IMO but less mechanics.
yes, its not connected to other games in the series, each persona is a separate complete story
Me sitting here 131 hours in and FINALLY finishing Persona 5 Royal after years of putting it off. Telling myself “I loved that game but I’m not putting myself through that roller coaster again……”. “…….let me see what Persona 4 is like.” 😂🤦
Thank you so much, i was wondering if i should pick this game up and you helped a bunch. Thank you again.
its worth ever penny, im playing it on Gamepass now, i was hooked playing Persona V Royal, now im hooked playing this🙆🏼♂️
If I like playing Pokémon, would this be a good alternative to play (on Switch)?
It is. Ten times better than Pokémon.
@@FelixS. Sweet! This will be my first time ever playing a Persona game, so what should I take into account when playing?
@@AtomicSabrewulf Just enjoy the ride :) Be prepared for a phenomenal story and loveable characters. In case you want to do a perfect playthrough you will need a guide but I recommend to not do this and just play and enjoy the game on your own :)
@@FelixS. Awesome! 👍
This persona game alone destroys every Pokémon game (on the Switch)
Is the song at the end "ill face myself "
As great as persona 5 is, persona 4 is still my all time favorite jrpg
Yes. No video, just yes.
Have the original ps2 copy but haven’t been able to finish it. I’ll get this one and be committed
I like this game a lot more than Persona 5 and I am only 9 and a half hours in. It's just more fun to me and has a more compelling story.
I can’t sort out my feelings for this game, but I’m sure I’ll grab it on sale in the future
P5 did not do the heavy lifting. It rode on the back of p4 golden’s success
I can’t wait to play my favorite game for the first time lol 😂
Loved this game. Beat the steam ver last year. Probably put 100hrs over 5 months
SP conservation is really only an issue in the first dungeon only, just like P5
I've played this game 4 or 5 times on steam. I love it so much and the music! 💜✨
I've been playing vanilla P4 on aethersx2 for the last couple months getting ready for this. Fighting margarette soon
I've bought this game twice and about to buy it for a third time.
Finished this game for the first time recently, my first persona game and absolutely fantastic, if anyone (like me) wanted to play persona 3 fes after this then I would recommend emulating it and installing a controllable party member mod, the combat workes but it was just so boring untill I installed that mod that I almost stopped playing, I want to play the game not have it play itself for me
Lol VelVET room, Félix. Not Velet 😂😂
The one that made the Path was Persona 3 on the PS2, please do you research. They launched Persona 3 and then the updated versión with an entra chapter Persona 3 Fes, P3 portable, those were the one to go mainstream first. Then Persona 4 continue gaining momentum, Persona 4 Golden, Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal continue the tren of gaining more momentum. Yes, Persona 5 is the best selling but the one that got the series going on the US was Persona 3.
I enjoyed this much more than persona 5. And I actually played persona 5 first as my first persona game.
It's just more charming
Bruh asked if it's worth it lol it was literally a system seller.
