- Let's learn how to decorate a Cake with super Stable Whipped cream using the recipe from my last video. There's a method to decorating with whipped cream and few things to note include
*Use cold, very cold cakes.
(I know some bakers use Frozen cakes which is fine too.)
*Use ice cold water or milk.
* You need a fridge/freezer in preparing a whipped cream cake.
*Inform your customers on how to preserve or store their whipped cream cakes. It is best refrigerated until ready to be consumed.

I think this is majorly dependent on what your customer requests for except you've been given free rein, then you can pair just as creatively as you choose, red velvet/chocolate, vanilla/chocolate and so on.

Good morning ma'am. I really appreciate your video. Thanks alot for sharing but I would like to ask, about putting the cake in the fridge, are there no condensation issue when it's out from the fridge making it to sweat and all that. If there's is, how do you fix this problem?
Good morning, trust you slept well. You're most welcome. The fridge would help to keep it chill and firm so the chances of condensation are low compared to freezing. Ideally, you don't keep and store for hours on end, you keep to chill and bring out when you are set to consume and that's why it's important to know the nature of the event and educate your customers accordingly. Hope this is clear?

When you said the cake needs to be cold before covering with the whipped cream does this apply for frozen cakes as well OR do we need to defrost it a bit before covering with whipped cream ?
You can cover frozen, the need to defrost a bit might be because you need to trim otherwise, you can decorate frozen.

You're welcome. Not this type as long as it is rightly prepared. I have delivered from Ajah, Lagos to Mowe, Ogun and nothing happened. And I delivered early in the morning.

You're most welcome Chinaza. I'm sorry, I don't have an idea. However, you can check the equivalent on Google using a converter although this may not be so accurate as it's whipped cream but it's worth trying.
For the chocolate, I allow it cool a bit before using.

You can store in the fridge after frosting if you're not set for delivery else put in the box for delivery.

You have to keep moving your turntable simultaneously with your left hand while smoothening and going round with your left or the other way round.

I read one of your comments where you said you delivered this cake to Mowe, Ogun state. I will be glad if you can share tips you used for delivery of the cake to such distance safely. I usually turn down long distance jobs because of fear.
Thank you very much! Sure. I prepared/decorated it same way I usually do a day before delivery and the delivery guy picked up very early the following morning. Just took the necessary steps of balancing the cake well in the car, delivering early and the delivery guy was careful too. It got there in one piece.

I melted dark chocolate using the double boiler method and added just a very little quantity of hot water to thin it down to my desired consistency.
