girl I love this workout so much!! It's easy and goes by super quick, and honestly it makes me excited to workout everyday which is SO bizarre for me because I hate working out 😭😭 But I literally love this it's easy to do even with soreness, I'll definitely be doing more of your workouts in the future!! 💗💗

This is what I needed to start with! For my first pilates training I picked the other video and it was for legs I believe. Too hard for someone who never had a workout, so I dropped before finishing. But this is perfect. My muscles burn, but I don't feel exhausted. Breaks are important!

This is the best workout I’ve seen in a long time:) I loved how easy the workouts were to follow along but still had a burn to them:) also thank you for having this target all of the body areas:)
Great session, thanks! Really simple to follow and the difficulty is suitable for beginners. Even the leg raises variation was suitable, as a lot of trainers do leg raises from the floor that is really unhealthy for spine for people with weaker abdominal muscles.

yesterday i finished the 7 day pilates challenge and chose this video at random for today's workout. i loved it!! for the first time i was able to follow the video all the way through without taking extra breaks or modifying the exercises :D

Should we follow the same Pilates routine or change it every other day??
it’s as you want! you can switch it up so it doesn’t get too repetitive :)
I liked the difficulty of the strength part, but some of the exercises that require a lot of flexibility doesn’t really feel like beginner friendly stuff. I’ve been working out with Pilates for a while and I’m pretty flexible from doing dance in the past but if I came across this as a full beginner and couldn’t do it it’d probably make me not wanna continue 😭
Lidia, could you do another challenge? But like, focusing on the abs or booty
do these exercises slim or bulk the thighs/legs? i am looking for slimming so i’m just curious
