I clearly remember how disappointed I was when I first listened to it back in March 80. As most old Heep fans I really hoped for a return to the classic mighty heavy heep sound of the early 70ies. Especially Sloman never fit into the band. Today I have to say that some songs are good, like immagination, fools, out on the street or carry on. So give it a second chance. greetings from Germany
The voice doesn’t lie. Look it up on TH-cam under Uriah Heep Ten Miles High or look at it on Discogs website. I’ve had this downloaded for years. I know what I’m talking about. I can’t explain the songwriting credit but the music is there. Here’s the music on TH-cam. th-cam.com/video/nXTkGOwm62I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=B3TOBXK4RsDYsCjl

Joanna means piano
I think it's pretty bad
I agree it's the 2nd worst after Equator.I nearly bought it when I was 15 and glad I didn't...
Couple of good song maybe 3 not heeps strongest album
After that album ken left....
I guess "Sharon Osborne" chose the new singer??
Lawton couldn't have done all those songs since Sloman wrote 2 of them.

In the liner notes of Conquest it says that Hensley wrote Feelings, Bolder wrote Fools, and Hensley wrote Been Hurt.
