I learned from one of my yoga breathing books (maybe "the science of breath", but not sure) how to use sexual energy for health and longevity: if a sexual desire arises, on inhale imagine pulling this ball of energy up into solar plexus, pause, and on long exhale (double length of inhale) just spread (disperse) this energy evenly throughout all body from solar plexus to all skin. If you need it for brain function, just send it into the head. It has helped me a lot. Also, one thing about meditation I don't understand: the deeper I meditate, the more I just pass out and I guess fall into very deep sleep, then wake up after 45-60 min feeling like it's been only 5-10 min. After this, its harder to come back to normal life, and slowly coming out of trance. Is this good for me or bad? Should I resist falling asleep?
