Can't help but respect him for being honest and telling his story. No bravado, no playing "Mr. Big" but instead talking about the brutal reality of that life. Behind all of the swagger is so much fear - only a few can truly "succeed" at it and they are sociopaths/psychopaths, and even they will highly likely end up in the jail or dead (the top guys you wouldn't even know were gangsters: they would be seen as "respectable businessmen", such as property developers who have friends in the police, in politics and so on and let the people on the streets sell their drugs and do their dirty work, or they might be a banker who helps launder it. It is a pyramid scheme of sorts).
Glad he's in a better place. Bless him, you can tell he has a heart of gold underneath all the sh*t he went through.

I got into many fights, booze , i never bullied anyone but if anyone was hurting people who did not deserve it or being bulliied i would step in, regardless of how many scum bags there were. I only started watching Mr Moore in the last 3 months, and love the compassion and integrity of this man, he’s led more than one life and luckily lived to tell the tale and what a tale, I believe a gentleman from a long gone era - big love to this beautiful human being ❤

It's like your lived my life but only my traumatic experience was in Canada as a First Nations man, I survived an addictions, clean now 28 years, become very good at boxing and martial arts, helped me to survive through life, when I sobered up I rescued my Inner Child (the hurt little boy within) and now we walk together through life's accomplishes and struggles. I also have a story I wish to write a book about before I leave mother earth. After watching this I will begin...thank you Billy!

I joined the British army in 1982. After basic training I met a new recruit from Liverpool who had been a professional boxer but had joined up, to avoid his creditors. We would go running together at night and often ran through the village of Frimley Green and the Lakeside Club, where they held the British Darts Championships. I often wonder what happened to many of those men, before we were "Posted" to army units all over the UK. I discovered the delights of S.E. Asia and worked/lived in Kazakhstan, China (6 years) and for the last 8 years in Bangkok, Thailand. Last year Thailand relaxed it's strict drug laws and allowed 'weed' to be grown and used at home. Before you rush here, the Govt plan to reverse this law in 2024.
Great interview. Best wishes from Bangkok.

Having lived in Thailand for almost 23 years, I can relate to and verify everything this poor guy went through.
I've been robbed, beaten, drugged, scammed, lied to, and almost killed during my time in Thailand.
Every foreigner who has spent more a a few years in Thailand would have some kind of dealings with the police and I'm no exception but nothing compared to what this man has experienced.
There's a simply rule for all foreigners living in or visiting Thailand
Don't F**K up or if you do, be prepared to suffer the consequences.
