There are far too many better eating fish to eat. Several people have told me how good it is smoked but I'm not a big fan of smoked fish (acid reflux)

I'm glad someone else knows that the "Bonito" isn't actually an Atlantic Bonito, and it goes by many names and depends on what resource you're using as to which name you'll find to ID it. To me they will always be a Little Tunny!... You should close the lid on your grill when you cook. For those steaks, try preheating your grill to 400*F and put your steaks on and close the lid. Cook the first side for 5 min. then flip and close the lid and cook 4 more minutes. Try it!... also, bleeding your Tuna family fish as soon as you catch them will give you more and better meat. Lift the gill cover and cut a half moon where the edge of the gill cover was touching the fish.
When i was a kid in the 60's black drum and sheephead were considered trash fish. I have a friend who actually fishes for hardhead catfish he took a batch to were he works and everybody says it was great.

If you grind the chimichuri too much it gets bitter. I've made same mistake. Just pulse the grinder a few times. Chop the stuff way smaller to begin and do smaller batch in grinder.
For chimichuri sauce you have to mince all ingredients never blend it takes little longer but you will then notice the difference. Parsley, red onion, garlic, chili pepper flakes, little bit of lime juice or vinegar, pinch of salt and sugar lots of extra virgin oil!! Just little tip

Add a few pinches of fresh chilies or crushed red pepper flakes or both... Add 1/8 red wine vinegar and douse in quality EVOO till the herbs and spices till just submerged. Mix well and it marry for a bit. BAM!!! Excellent on grilled beef, fish, and chicken and everything! Even on vanilla ice cream🤗

Yo, as a pro tip on mushrooms, don't wash them in water, just brush them off with a paper towel or a cloth. The water will make them go soggy when you cook them.

Mushrooms have a permeable membrane that is very happy to absorb water into it's cells. At about 80 degrees c the steam will break through the cell wall and completely ruin the integrity. There are certain mushrooms like field and portabello that this is more likely with. A chanterelle on the other hand or an oyster mushroom will be fine. In fact you can do what you want to them because they are so fibrous they will take anything you throw at them.
I ate a giant ball faced blue speckled lizard fish here in Hawaii. The flesh cooked up bright white and completely flavor neutral. Problem! EVERY MILLIMETER WAS CRAMMED WITH PIN BONES!!!
Ahmed Mowafy you gotta put some baits short and some baits farther out. Also you gotta work the water Column. For example some baits closer to the surface and some baits deeper down in the water
