I usually wash about once a week because my hair does not get greasy that fast! I also blow dry after every wash!

Don't reuse the beads. The beads are only a 1 time use.

The first time it took me about 5 hours, because I was still learning. But now I can do it in like 2 or 3 hours.

I move them up every 3 months! I used the same hair for about a year and half-2 years depending how well you take care of the hair.

Yes you can wash the hair and use heat on it. Just be sure to use heat protectant and other products to keep the hair healthy as long as you can.
