Matías Sosa I have low self esteem and regardless of whether it changes my feelings about myself or not, it definitely makes a difference. Hearing positive things creates a more positive outlook. Even if it only increases by 1%, at least their happiness has increased. Little things do make a big difference.

For health reasons I lost a lot of my hair and looked like a rat on acid. I decided to get hair extensions. More for thickness than length. It cost me a small fortune but was soooooo worth it! I finally felt human and more attractive again. For months I had trouble looking at myself in the mirror or catching a glimpse of myself in a shop window. It’s unbelievable what decent hair can do to your psyche.

That would be cool, I have never seen different types of hair extensions, except for the clip on things. It's freaking fascinating. All the hair on my entire head can fit through a tiny pinkie ring, it's that fine. These could have seriously changed my life 25 years ago...

I've had taped hair extensions but found my hair kinda deadlocked itself at the roots as my hair grew or the tape moved down, I now have nano bead hair extensions n love them.
I have nano bead extensions and love them. Thanks to PCOS my hair started falling out and went super thin. Since having nano beads it's become so much healthier.
I’ve had sewn in extensions.... no bueno... always had trouble with them. They’d keep slipping off.. cost so much money. Never again. Stupid investment

I’ve had bead 32” extensions and I loved it! Maintenance wasn’t too hard until about 3-4 months of regrowth, but I had the option of getting them re-beaded then or every 6 months. So for my experience it was worth it and not a hassle!

I currently lost 18 inches and went to a short bob. I'm loving it so much! It is so freeing. Having all that natural hair was difficult enough to take care of. (I did donate to wigs for kids btw 💖👍) I can't even imagine those 30 some inch extensions 😵.

I got a 26" inch partial sew in (same color as her), and it was so heavy, it made my scalp bleed. I had to have my mom cut it out after 2 weeks. But I sectioned the weft, cut them to the correct sizes, and sewed clips on to make them clip ins. So it's not like the hair was wasted.
Clearly she had hers glued in, but I imagine 36" of hair it would still be heavy as shit, glued or sewed.
