I definitely like how you teach barre slow! I would love a lower body routine that focuses on strengthening the weak hamstrings, glutes, and inner thighs while stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors.

Girl....the slowness really got into those muscle fibers and like you said my mental focus. Most barre teachers move faster. But this is like the yin yoga of barre. Namaste ♡

I've been walking and doing other exercises since the New Year but tell me why just a few minutes into this I am breathing and sweating like I ran a marathon?! I must be really out of shape because a few leg stretches/poses or whatever has me in disbelief SMH. Good work out but I didn't stretch or warm up in the beginning (it wasn't included here) but I should have.
Hi!!! Thanks for your note... barre is VERY DECEIVING... for a low impact workout I get sweaty too... the focus barre require, most exercises are a full body experience... I always say the workout that challenge me are the ones I need to spend more time doing!!! Great work!!
