As a former professional dancer, I really cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate that you don't do a ridiculous amount of reps. I am so grateful that I don't have to come up with my own routine to keep toned. Thank you for your hard work and passion.
Now THIS is what a barre class should be! Thank you for keeping the lovely dancer elements and not just making this a typical toning workout. So many workouts are called "barre" and they are just regular toning classes.

I love your workouts, I used to go to gym doing really hard core sessions, then I started with pilates and found YOU! You are doing wonders to my body and I love these shorter workouts every day after work. As I sit behind my computer all day, I do 20 minute session and look amazing and feel even better. I completely agree! I also used to do intense workout sessions & then got into barre & pilates. I also work at a desk all day & find that doing more mindful workouts helps me stay energized & focused throughout the day.
Is barre as effective as hardcore gym workouts?
@@iamfrancesmusic absolutely, even more effective I'd argue! Just to put it in perspective, during a barre or pilates workout, you're using 400-500 MORE muscles than just a HIIT session. So you might not be completely out of breath, but your body is certainly working with more oxygen to work with :) I'm a teacher as well and super nerd when it comes to this stuff lol!!

OMG Nicole! I love that at the beginning of each series I'm like "this is easy - I've got this" and by the end I'm shaking and dying and on fire!!! These little short videos are so great - I love mixing and matching them for a custom workout

Nicole, I love your workouts they are envigorating and give me energy for the whole day ! Indo this one and the first five minutes of toned arms standing I stop when you lay down cause I prefer standing workouts. I am thankful for having these accessible everyday and for the first time have been working out everyday with these for a total of 20 min everyday ! It’s been almost one year now and I’m still hanging with you Nicole for my at-home pilates, yoga and barre workouts. I love them all but would you please add some more barre fusion classes? There are many channels offering similar workouts but in my opinion, you are by far the best!

It's been a hot minute since I've done barre! I used to go almost 3-4x a week to in-person barre classes but since moving, graduating, and picking up a job... I haven't found an affordable studio or the right class times to attend. Amazingly, I found your channels and remember how awesome it felt to complete a class!! Thank you!!

I discovered your channel somewhat by accident and I am thrilled! These pandemic times have really made me feel so lazy and unmotivated when it comes to fitness, so I needed something new. I did ballet for 15 years as a child, so I don't know why it took me so long to find barre workouts on TH-cam. Your videos are so relaxing and easy to follow, and I always feel the burn after!

Another fantastic workout, Nicole! I agree with the last person who commented that the 15 min short videos are great to be able to mix and match for a custom workout. Would love more of these, with and without the barre (both are great)! I am always amazed at the diversity you create in your workouts. You are truly gifted! I also love your music selections - they are fantastic! And whoever does the video production is doing a great job. You definitely excel at what you do and I continue to be deeply grateful to have found you. Day 1: looking to build a strength in my body. I danced and was a cheerleader for a while but gave it all
Up once I couldn’t split. It was hard when most people would say that I couldn’t achieve a split because of my weight. So, with this, a strict work out regime, and calorie deficit, I should be able to get and reach my cheer/dance goals that everyone said I wouldn’t!

Loved it! My lymph nodes are inflamed but I don't feel sick at all. I wanted to do a workout but can not stand forward folds right now or switching to much from positions so this standing and quick workout was perfect!

This was my first Barre workout ever. WOW! No wonder dancers are super fit. I loved that the movements gave me a great burn, but were still simple enough for a Barre beginner like myself. Also, I appreciate the wide variety of the movements, and your instructions throughout the workout. The music was soothing as well. I love your 20mins workouts! :) All your videos are great but as a busy dad; Coaching and working Full-time, these ones are my go-to! I am starting to implement your workouts as dry-land/ pre-hab work for my water polo team. I noticed pilates might not be the prefer choice for male but seriously, boys are missing out. x
