I've just found you and already love your workouts! Sometimes I gently add a little extra weight - when my body tells me to do so :) I love SLOW movements, I used to force my body into very fast and sometimes rough workouts, exclusively. Actually, I've been doing it for long years when I started to really trust in it - so I turned towards sloooooowww :)) It is so energizing, so gentle yet gives so much strength, endurance and even more trust in my body - so I am very-very grateful for your prescious work & workouts. Thank you for doing what you do, the way that you do 😇🥰
