Being privileged enough to drive a gt3 on a track, the sound it makes when you are in the car while putting your foot down is insane. It is the sound of heaven.
I find it incredible that Porsche can get 510-520hp out of a N/A 6 cylinder no matter what RPM. That's awesome engineering.

So, this may be one of the last German cars which have nice sound. I give my respect to it.
Tbh I really don't like the sound of all these 4 Liter Biturbo V8's that every manufacturer seems to be sticking into their top range models. They literally all sound and perform the same, it's almost boring. I'd take this high revving flat 6 over them any day!

To be honest I love my .2 GT3 RS :) It's my dream car, and I finally got the privilege to get one about four months ago. Yes, the sound of the 4.0L flat six revving to 9,000 rpm is epic. I like the car in the vid in Crayon/Chalk, looks nice. Mine's Lizard Green :D

I'm very sad because engines like this one are not going to be around for much longer. With electrification and hybridization beckoning, these are the final days for us to drool over the sweet, titillating, spine tinglingly 9,000RPM scream of the Porsche flat six. What an amazing engine!
I don't believe it, ICE cars will survive in one way or another, too many people HATE EV's. I see millions of EVs sitting at dealers lots , waiting there not being sold in the near future.

@@sven7639 which is true, but talking to a lot of mechanical shops that I know, their advice is not to use etanol based fuels due to the long term damage to fuel lines and engine wear..... Maybe that problem has been addressed?
@@michaelallen3918 It should be known that older vehicles need a few modifications, such as fuel lines, injectors, pumps and so on, which are ethanol compatible. Look at the sticker in the fuel cap cover, there should be listed which fuel this vehicle can use, alternatively ask the manufacturer / dealer, do not trust unofficial sources, it could be expensive
Basically you should know that you need 40% more fuel to achieve the same performance with ethanol, i.e. larger injectors. Oil change intervals must be shortened since the ethanol dilutes / contaminates the engine oil. From there, engines that run on ethanol are very clean, the combustion is colder and cleaner.
Damnit Bobby you sound like a fool comparing this track-focused car to the FASTEST electric car. The Koenigsegg Agera RS(fastest production car at the moment) hit 277 mph so I don’t know about you but I’ll take bark AND bite over that soulless electric garbage.
