      Выход надо брать с стока и +, а исток на минус. Терморезистор на затвор, а не на сток

    Öncelikle aynı soğutucu üzerine bağlanan 7812 regülatörle IRFZ44 transistörün gövdelerinin ana hattan izole olup olmadığı kesinlikle test edilmelidir. Bana kalsa bunların arkasına konulan ince yalıtkan, soğutucu çok ısınacağı için yalıtkanlığını yitirebilir. İki üç tane üst üste konulması ya da kalın olanlarından seçilmesinde yarar var.
    İkinci olarak, devre 55VDC verecekse, potansiyometrenin orta ucu en üst noktaya gelecektir. Bu durumda 55 V elde etmek için VCC=80V olmalıdır. 80x22/(22+10) =55V. Diyelim ki eleman bu kaynaktan 24 V çıkış geriliminde 20 A çekecek, bu durumda çıkış mosfetleri üzerinde
    (80-24)x20 = 1120 Watt dağıtılacaktır. Mosfetler üzerinde de 1120/4 = 280 W kalır. Mosfetin katalogunda bu mosfetin 25derecede azami 200 Watt dağıtacağı yazıyor. Yani mosfetler yanar. Bu devreden çekebileceğiniz azami akım 2-3 Amper civarındadır.

    Buen proyecto, me encantó, y voy a montarlo, pero ¿Qué pasa si hay un corto a la salida? Otra cosa, ¿el termistor que utilizaste es un NTC seguro? ¿No será un PTC? Que cuando aumente la temperatura, aumenta su valor de R.

    Şema yanlış ntc nin bir ucu irfz44 ün gate bacağına diğer ucu drain bacağına bağlı ancak şemada ise fan ile paralel bağlı görünüyor. Buna dikkat edelim. Başarılar!

    Modem için kesintisiz güç kaynağı yapmıştınız. O devreyi güneş paneline uyarlamaya çalıştım olmadı. Ama 220 bağlamadım :)
    İnverter kapandığında şebeke elektriği devreye girecek devrede yapar mısınız?

    kusura bakmayın benim anlayamadığım zaten ayarlı bir dc güç kaynağı üzerinden yine ayarlı bir güç kaynağını kontrol etmek biraz masraflı değilmi. herkesin ulaşabileceği 220 v dan ayarlı amperi yüksek bir güç kaynağı yapılsa daha yararlı olmazmı. emeğinize sağlık ben böyle bir güç kaynağını sizin tarafınızdan yapılmasını ve izlemeyi çok isterim. saygılarımla Zafer bey.

      Son derece verimsiz bir devre ayrıca. Direkt eski tip adaptörlerde kullanılmak için tasarlanmış eski bir dervre. Smps adaptörle zaten hepsi güç kaybı olmadan yapılıyor.

    It's more like DC-DC converter or Regulator. If you could add a 220AC to DC converter to it, it would be amazing. Now your Bench Power supply maximum current is probably max 10A and you can't use full potebtial of this DIY converter
