HOW TO FIX RIGHT JOY-CON ISSUES!! - Nintendo Switch Desync Disconnecting Problem

Make sure your Joy-Cons are ALSO updated to the latest software version!! Works for BOTH right Joy-Con and left Joy-Con controllers.
1. Go to System Settings
2. Select "Controllers and Sensors"
3. Select "Disconnect Controllers"
4. Detach your Joy-Con controllers from the Switch
5. Turn the Switch all the way off (power all the way down, don't just enter Sleep Mode)
6. Turn the Switch back on and reattach the Joy-Con controllers
7. Live the dream!

Haven’t played my switch in a couple months but it’s been on the dock. It’s working fine when in handheld mode (updated switch firmware and updated controllers) but it’s laggy and the controllers (especially the right one) are disconnecting in wireless mode when in the grip. So annoying. Any ideas?

Only an issue when the switch is docked. The grip works fine when playing in un-docked mode but with the grip.

Seems like a weird Bluetooth interference/dock placement issue. New and weird. 😂
