even the presenter is having trouble getting the battery out. you should not have to use a screwdriver or piece of metal to scratch up the finish and risk breaking the faucet to simply replace a battery. this isn't good design.

My light would not work. When I tried to reconnect the battery after a filter change, the battery would bunch up and come out of the battery holder. My triangle positive connector was actually too close to the negative connector. Using a butter knife i pushed the positive connector up, which created the separation needed to fit the the battery and hold it in place. Works like a charm again.

I bought the Pure Blue H2O 3 stages and the light doesn’t turn on, I already reset the battery but it didn’t work, any other solution? Buy a new battery? It is supposed the battery is brand new.

We have this same filter system for just a littler over a month, but now the red light stays on when we're not using it, and blue when we do, I know red means it needs a new filter, how ever shouldn't the filter last for 6 months? I don't want to drink the water if the light stays red, I even tired to place the battery with a new one, and it was still red, is the water safe to drink if the light stays red?

Hi Jonny, Thanks for reaching out. The red light is set to a 6 month timer once reset. Here is the link on how to reset the light : www.pureblueh2o.com/faucet-battery-replacement/ . The water is safe to drink if the light is red.

Please publish the function of FLOW RESTRICTOR in water purifier system?

      Hello Pothodi,
The purpose of the flow restrictor on the RO system is to regulate the water that flows to the drain. The membrane filter is designed to filter down to 1/10,000 of a micron, and anything larger than that is sent out the red tubing, to the drain. Without your flow restrictor installed, it could cause your system not to function properly and disperse most of your filtered water to the drain as opposed to the tank. Thank you for your inquiry!

Hello Pothodi, The function of the flow restrictor is to create pressure inside of the stage 3 membrane to push the "bad water" to the faucet then from the facet to the drain line. If there is anything else I can help you with today, please call toll free to (844)-787-3148.

Does your Pure Blue H2O system make a loud noise every time you drink enough water to empty the tank?
