Hi Jannine, Thanks for the vid. I've been suffering with a heavily rotated pelvis for 6 months now, some days a lot worse than others. I can feel the right hand side of my pelvis pushing right out of my back. Today happens to be one of the more painful days and I have tried your exercises for the first time. I don't know if I am doing them correctly as I don't feel much relief afterwards. I am squeezing/ pushing out my knees as hard as I can. It's only been one day though so I will keep at them and see x
Just tried it and felt better although willl have to do it again hard to get it right exactly as you say on one viewing. Curious my whole left side is out of alignment, hip pain keeping me awake at night threatened with operation, agonising pain in knee, very bad varicose veins on the left, left foot a lot smaller than the right cannot feel toes at all. Right shoulder hand and wrist are much worse than the left. Breast cancer in right breast is this taking it too far could that be linked ? Emotionally severe cptsd, lost all contact with family, son severe illness rotting away in mental health care home. Psychotherapy counselling and drugs just winding me up more but I have found yoga of some use !!! Which have to do alone as it's expensive, feel lucky that there is you tube. Drs of used only for dirr emergencies ,and operations as they just don't have time unless you can afford to go private.

Its amazing how this women literally saved my whole body. Im a man and I had a man problem, a varicose vein on my... well... left nut... :D it came from my unstable twisted pelvis. doctors tried to give me surgery, 2 times... I declined. I did this and it popped... I looked at the mirror and i couldnt believe it, my pelvis was even suddenly, and the vein was gone. instantly, the same day i tried it out first time. doing this for over 6 months now 5x a week after and before jogging, i dont even need to do it anymore since my pelvis became so strong and stable, but i still do it. it is beyond amazing for me. i dont know what god or what heaven send this woman, but shes a miracle for me. i had pain walking all the time. its all gone. i can do jogging again and everything.... it is just amazing. out of words.
Never felt compelled to leave a comment on a TH-cam video before. I’ve had 5+ years of mild to moderate sciatica. Tried lots of different techniques. It only bothers me on long drives with my old car seats. Haven’t had to keep up with the resetting since it feels great now! This movement helped a lot for my particular pelvic imbalance. I hope it works for you too

Jannine Murray . Ahh, I hope so ...it's sooo debilitating being restricted from movement when you've always been so active and healthy. I feel off my horse aged 14 ..now 58 and suffered on and off all those years . I'm sure my pelvis got damaged and jarred at those times ..through that jarred pelvis resulted years of patella knee displacement ouch !!! I'm sure a readjustment of my pelvis will benefit me no end !! Trying not to be sceptical... I'm impressed with the PT remarks and thumbs up generally. Hiii , first of all i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been in extreme pain on left side (illiac and si joint) due to tilted pelvis for the last 4-5 months and no one physio/doctor was able to provide any relief, watched tons of videos here on youtube and there were no results or minimal results then just by luck came across your video, tried it once today then felt some relief, tried again 3 times and after nearly 5 months i was able to sit for about 40 minutes with no pain , i can get up with minimal pain. Did the exercise today first time thrice and the pain is reduced by 60%. Once again thanks a lot. May god fulfill all your wishes and give you a healthy prosperous life.

This randomly showed up in my suggested videos tonight and I decided to give it a try. I’ve been dealing with hip and back pain for nearly a year now. I’ve seen chiropractors and a physical therapist. Nothing they’ve done has felt as useful as what you demonstrated in this video. I realize it’s old...but thank you for making it. It's working. OMG, I've been living with a rotated pelvis for over a year, 15 months actually, 450 horrible days and now it's straightening out. Been to PT, but this is better than what the PTs had me do. Wow oh wow!

South from Texas I hear that garbage too. I've been to western medical, chiropractic and acupuncture doctors for my back with limited results. It was weight training and stretching that worked and NONE of them said anything about that. We need to research and educate ourselves. Wish you the best!

My mother walked round (with a never previously needed stick) on a dislocated ankle for two months, which the Doctor told her was arthritis. I told her you don't get arthritis overnight. (she went to bed ok, got up with painful ankle). 2 months later, she stepped up onto a stair, missed it, and just caught the edge with her toes, which jolted her ankle back into place. Pain and stick gone straight away. Don't always believe doctors when they say it's age related unless they've checked as carefully as they would for a youngster. Too many misdiagnosis happen
OMG this totally works, and it's so easy! I didn't have a yoga block so I used a two-pack of paper towels still in the plastic wrapper. I wish I would have checked TH-cam earlier, I could've saved SO much money from seeing a chiropractor!

I've been doing this set of exercises regularly for 2 weeks and it has really improved my alignment, and my bad shoulder is improving with my overall right side finally coming into alignment. I had a very bad accident 17 years ago in military training, my hips were put out from that time, tremendous pain and discomfort with no specialist able to properly help me until I found this. i am a trades person and surfer and have had back and groin issues for 30 years and after doing these exercises i cannot believe how it has helped me correct the pain in the hips and i am walking more free and flexible , kind of reboots the posture .
I was hit by a car riding my bicycle in 2011 and have had ongoing hip flexor/SI joint issues since then, and have spent thousands on chiropractic care and many hours in pain (it's crazy how the slightest change in the pelvis can create pain/circulation issues all along the spine). I found this video and now have it saved so that I can come back and use it when my hips are out--it causes such debilitating pain and once I do these exercises I always get a "pop" and everything immediately feels better. Thank you so much for this!! Lately when working out, I’d feel my right hip pop. I’d be on the ground, lifting my legs up and down and on the way down, it would pop and not only would it hurt, it was LOUD! I did these stretches, felt a satisfying pop on my right side, and now my hip doesn’t pop anymore!! What relief!

Oh my goodness. I’ve been struggling with hip injuries for months, bad enough they were going to discharge me from service because they couldn’t find the source of the pain other than swelling in tendons and bursae sacks. I was having more pain than that was supposed to cause. I’ve been seeing multiple doctors for months, and they’ve never had me do anything like this. I just did this, had the loudest crack in my hips and now I’m virtually pain free. I’m crying this video came out of nowhere and I’m so thankful. Thank you thank you thank you.

Came across this video when I was looking for exercises for pelvis alignment. I also have cervical spondylitis. When I followed this sequence at the last head roll my bad side of the neck popped and it relieved the tightness on that side right away. Amazing. Thank you so much. I have never seen this kind of head roll in any of the other videos I follow and also never from my own therapists. THANK YOU again. This one has become my fav exercise now.

Wow......it worked straight away....from the comments it sounded too good to be true! My left leg was almost an inch shorter than the right. I've tried chiropractors, custom made shoe inserts, chi gong, tai chi, in addition to numerous types of exercises and TH-cam tutorials . This video has done more for me than anything else. It is so simple, and easy, that I questioned if it could be effective. But I liked Jannine, so I gave it a try. Now I practice it whenever needed and it has been a godsend. These moves are truly magic! I was having a flare-up of sacral/piriformis pain and doing these just one time immediately diminished the constant burning, throbbing, radiating sacral pain. Going to the chiropractor for months hadn't done one thing to improve the pain. The outward press with the yoga strap makes my piriformis angry but maybe I'll not press so hard next time. I can't believe that such simple moves can make such a difference! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us!!!

I have inflammation in my joint and was struggling with some new numbness and pain in joints with major back pain. I just tried this and when I stood up I felt little tiny cracks/ pops and this just took away 80% of my pain and discomfort. All I have now is some tenderness in my lower back. Can't thank you enough for this video. I had a spinal cord injury 4 years ago... My SI joint has proved to be the most difficult in my recovery & every now and again I get crippled with a painful subluxation. This morning I couldn't even lower myself flat onto the floor without assisting myself. Your video brought me instant relief, no pop yet but I will continue this exercise throughout the day. I was dealing with this issue for about two years now. A year from starting to have this issue, I spent a lot of money on getting better but nothing worked. Then I took some medicine to strengthen that area which helped but you know drugs will wear out and the pain will come back. So, for a year now, I've been doing research on how to solve the pelvis tilt. Did planks, running, cracking my joints, stretching my ham string n what not. My core got better but I could still feel that extension in leg. Then finally I saw this video. It worked like a miracle for me. I tried yoga block but I ended up doing it with a medicine ball and I felt a pop right then. I did two sets and I could feel the blood flowing through my thighs and pelvis area. Two years I dealt with this issue. I just want to thank you! Thank you for sharing your knowledge through this video! I'm so thankful for the miracle it has done for me! 🙏

These movements looked simple yet effective. I am definitely going to try as I made the unfortunate mistake of having my pelvis surgically fused via the Ifuse (for those of you considering it, think twice and do your homework) which caused a nerve impingement that never healed even after having a revision six weeks later. It has now been two years and eight months of agonizing pain particularly in my foot and leg and the back pain is still there. Thank you so much for taking the time to film this video! God bless.

I don't know if I dare even say this, but I think this may have been the issue and fixed my pelvis alignment which reduced my chronic back ache!
The improvisation was awesome, bc i don't have those items either so it's helpful to see that i can use other stuff lying around.

I have been in extreme pain on left side (illiac and si joint) due to tilted pelvis for the last 4-5 months and no one physio/doctor was able to provide any relief, watched tons of videos here on youtube and there were no results or minimal results then just by luck came across your video, tried it once today then felt some relief, tried again 3 times and after nearly 5 months i was able to sit for about 40 minutes with no pain , i can get up with minimal pain. Did the exercise today first time thrice and the pain is reduced by 60%. Once again thanks a lot. May god fulfill all your wishes and give you a healthy prosperous life.

I’ve been dealing with hip and back pain for nearly a year now. I’ve seen chiropractors and a physical therapist. Nothing they’ve done has felt as useful as what you demonstrated in this video. South from Texas I hear that garbage too. I've been to western medical, chiropractic and acupuncture doctors for my back with limited results. It was weight training and stretching that worked and NONE of them said anything about that.

My mother walked round (with a never previously needed stick) on a dislocated ankle for two months, which the Doctor told her was arthritis. I told her you don't get arthritis overnight. (she went to bed ok, got up with painful ankle). 2 months later, she stepped up onto a stair, missed it, and just caught the edge with her toes, which jolted her ankle back into place. Pain and stick gone straight away. Don't always believe doctors when they say it's age related unless they've checked as carefully as they would for a youngster. Too many misdiagnosis happen

I was hit by a car riding my bicycle in 2011 and have had ongoing hip flexor/SI joint issues since then, and have spent thousands on chiropractic care and many hours in pain (it's crazy how the slightest change in the pelvis can create pain/circulation issues all along the spine). I found this video and now have it saved so that I can come back and use it when my hips are out--it causes such debilitating pain and once I do these exercises I always get a "pop" and everything immediately feels better. Thank you so much for this!! Lately when working out, I’d feel my right hip pop. I’d be on the ground, lifting my legs up and down and on the way down, it would pop and not only would it hurt, it was LOUD! I did these stretches, felt a satisfying pop on my right side, and now my hip doesn’t pop anymore!! What relief!

Ok, I never do this EVER, but I just had to comment! My low back/hips always hurt and I don't like going to the chiro bc it never stays! Oh my goodness. I’ve been struggling with hip injuries for months, bad enough they were going to discharge me from service because they couldn’t find the source of the pain other than swelling in tendons and bursae sacks. I was having more pain than that was supposed to cause. I’ve been seeing multiple doctors for months, and they’ve never had me do anything like this. Came across this video when I was looking for exercises for pelvis alignment. I also have cervical spondylitis. When I followed this sequence at the last head roll my bad side of the neck popped and it relieved the tightness on that side right away. Amazing. Thank you so much. I have never seen this kind of head roll in any of the other videos I follow and also never from my own therapists. THANK YOU again. This one has become my fav exercise now.

Wow......it worked straight away....from the comments it sounded too good to be true! My left leg was almost an inch shorter than the right. These moves are truly magic! I was having a flare-up of
sacral/piriformis pain and doing these just one time immediately
diminished the constant burning, throbbing, radiating sacral pain. Going
to the chiropractor for months hadn't done one thing to improve the
pain. The outward press with the yoga strap makes my piriformis angry
but maybe I'll not press so hard next time. I can't believe that such
simple moves can make such a difference! Thank you for sharing your

I have inflammation in my joint and was struggling with some new numbness and pain in joints with major back pain. I just tried this and when I stood up I felt little tiny cracks/ pops and this just took away 80% of my pain and discomfort. All I have now is some tenderness in my lower back. Can't thank you enough for this video. I had a spinal cord injury 4 years ago... My SI joint has proved to be the most difficult in my recovery & every now and again I get crippled with a painful subluxation. This morning I couldn't even lower myself flat onto the floor without assisting myself. Your video brought me instant relief, no pop yet but I will continue this exercise throughout the day. This reminds me of a technique my personal trainer used to use with me before weightlifting & you remind me of her too :) Sending much gratitude for your help

I was dealing with this issue for about two years now. A year from starting to have this issue, I spent a lot of money on getting better but nothing worked. Then I took some medicine to strengthen that area which helped but you know drugs will wear out and the pain will come back. So, for a year now, I've been doing research on how to solve the pelvis tilt. Did planks, running, cracking my joints, stretching my ham string n what not. My core got better but I could still feel that extension in leg. Then finally I saw this video. It worked like a miracle for me. I tried yoga block but I ended up doing it with a medicine ball and I felt a pop right then. I did two sets and I could feel the blood flowing through my thighs and pelvis area. Two years I dealt with this issue. I just want to thank you! Thank you for sharing your knowledge through this video! I'm so thankful for the miracle it has done for me! 🙏

These movements looked simple yet effective. I am definitely going to try as I made the unfortunate mistake of having my pelvis surgically fused via the Ifuse (for those of you considering it, think twice and do your homework) which caused a nerve impingement that never healed even after having a revision six weeks later. It has now been two years and eight months of agonizing pain particularly in my foot and leg and the back pain is still there. Thank you so much for taking the time to film this video! God bless.
