I love how you can see her improvement too. She's killing it in this video, but you can see that she struggles a tiny bit. Now she's an absolute beast. So stable and does every move like it's nothing. I love her workouts, she motivates me to work hard not only for better looks, but for getting stronger too. Consistency is the key, you can do it too!!

If you've got a low fat percentage, then it should be a piece of cake. Otherwise, stop focusing on abs and focus on losing fat - which is by eating normal foods, sleeping and training your whole body.

*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*

I used to follow this workout all the time in the thick of my eating disorder a few years ago, and I’m not going to lie, even hearing the music is kind of triggering to this day. I could never finish the workout all the way because my body was so weak from starving myself. Today I’m proud to say I revisited this video after fully recovering, and I was able to do the whole thing without stopping! I’m so glad I’ve been able to heal my attitude towards fitness- instead of viewing it as a chore or a punishment for “overeating”, now it’s a reward and a way for me to appreciate that I get to live in a healthy, strong body. It’s even become kind of fun- I get to revisit videos like this and marvel at how far I’ve come and how much stronger I am now that I fuel my body in a way that is healthy.
To anyone who is currently going through what I was experiencing: it gets better. Food and fitness are your friends, not your enemies.

I swear I had to double check if this was a comment I wrote from a different account or something. I went through the exact same thing, this video was usually what I always did towards the end of my 5 hours something workout sessions and honestly, the music is enough to trigger me and remind me of my middle school self doing this at 2 last midnight because I didn't have enough time to workout after school (not enough time meant that I only worked out for 3 hours and I realize now that this is insane). Now that I have almost completely gotten over my terrible eating and fitness habits I can happily do this workout now without ever viewing it as a punishment again, although I re-discovered it in my old workout playlist and I am going through each one of them now, trying to do them for enjoyment only instead of doing them to feed my obsession. Just like you said, it gets better, it really does.

I understand you, I get that their talking is to motivate or explain but I prefer no talk or small talk videos, it really annoys me when I'm trying to follow a TH-cam workout and my abs are burning but the girl keeps talking and talking while she does the exercises, it's much more relaxing this way, in my opinion
Guys while doing this, if you feel like dying, just remember that a few more seconds won't kill you. You may hurt, yes, that means it worked! I'm doing this once a day and take a rest every 3 days, also i drink a lot of water and combine everything with the general motor diet. I was kind of lazy in my first week, it was so hard and i paused twice in the video, but i made a promise that if i pause i will have to work for 5 more seconds in the next exercise. Guess what ? I lost 2 kilograms (from 57kgs to 55) just in one hard week. I will keep doing my routine to reach my goals (50kgs). And I'm writing this to motivate you guys! Nothing is impossible. Good luck all and also pls wish me luck 😘❤

Im lazy too and i want to do this workout but i really cant lose any weight because me doctor said soo . I've done this workout 4 or 5 times this past week and can already see some results. My abs are showing a little more and my belly is flatter!
When I'm not too tired I personally combine this workout with others from Vicky Justiz, she's good too.

Hey guys! I’ve noticed a lot of you have said that you can’t finish the workout without a few breaks and that this workout is so hard. And i just wanted to tell to all of you that i’ve been doing this workout twice a week for around 2 months and it will get easier. I promise! and the results are amazing, i can see my abs for the first time in my life and i can do this workout without breaks🙂 you just need to push yourselves trough the workout and you’ll get stronger!! I believe in you, and now you just need to believe in yourself!

I don't think anyone still watches this, but if u do, I have a Major tip!! If ur struggling with planks, do arms srretch3s and/or an arm workout before this!! I swear it works
you should always do a light warm-up and stretch before any class in no sport does an athlete begin an activity cold, or before you start working out in the gym you have to activate your body first,

Am I the only one that can't do any type of planks? I mean, my arms don't have much strength and I fall down pretty quickly
I was one at first. It's clearly not easy, you're not alone. Practice everyday, try to hold 30 seconds. It's OK if you fall quickly at first. Try again. You'll get there. Then see for the next 2-3 weeks, you'll find it easier. Try another 10 seconds and so on.
Happend to me as well .. now I can do planks about 1 min , before, I couldnt do it for 10sec
It’s all about practice and if u do it regulary you will See results soon! 💪🏼

Αυτό που έκανα και θεωρώ πως με βοήθησε κάπως είναι ότι πήρα το στρώμα και το δίπλωσα κάποιες φορές και το έβαλα κάτω από την παλάμη στην οποία στηρίζουν, έτσι ώστε να μην πονάει. Ουσιαστικά σα μαξιλάρι. Απλά επειδή τα μαξιλάρια μου γλυστρουσαν έκανα αυτό. Βοήθησε πάντως επειδή δεν νιώθεις πόνο στην παλάμη και ειναι πιο εύκολο. Μπορείς να βάλεις οτιδήποτε μαλακό από κάτω. Harte Körper mit ausgeprägten Muskeln gelten generell als maskulin. Ob das so ist kann man sich drüber streiten, meine Meinung ist das jedenfalls nicht. Ich finde trotzdem dass solche Körper bei Frauen zieeemlich unattraktiv sind, ich kenne zwar paar Mädchen, aber keine Jungs, die anderer Meinung sind.

Anjana 1117 if your back isn't flat on the ground you aren't doing this right and it can cause back problems if you continue doing it that way I suggest you try a easier workout so you can get stronger and can keep your back on the ground
Put your hands under your butt, it helps A LOT!!!
Anjana 1117 youblaugh but this could lead to long term serious issues with the lower back. Please make sure you’re always squeezing your core and your back is always in the floor. If it can’t - do other exercises that don’t put a strain on lower back. A slipped disc is no fun at 50 because of a weak lumber spine.. also it’s not helping your core at all if it’s hurting your back because all the tension due for your tummy is going into your back. Anyone ever try a six pack abbs in 30 days? Well say goodbye to all those fake apps in use this! I have done one of those apps that had almost five stars and it didn't work! It wasn't even a challenge! This will most likely give you abbs in 30 days. This is at least challenging

well I'm vegetarian since always and I don't change my eating schedule nor avoid any kind of food in any circumstance (except meat, fish and others of course). I also like to eat at least 1 type of fruit and a variety of vegetables a day, but I guess it depends of what your body needs!☺

I've been doing ab exercises regularly for approximately 4 years now and THIS is the hardest I have ever come across, BY FAR. It is even hard for me though my abs are already toned and strong. Or so I thought :D ^.^ but really challenging, so, thanks Pamela :)
