Charge it when Its somewhere around half and remove it somewhere around 90-95. But don't wory even if u don't follow this it's not a big deal. Every laptop and smart phone comes with overcharge protection so once ur laptop reaches 100 it will stop charging so it's ok to leave it on charge always. However from time to time try to use ur laptop on its battery power so that battery also gets used and it's cycles are maintained.

Yeah u can do that... Neither the keyboard nor the screen had any sand particles which could scratch it so doesn't matter which I use first. Also it's not a one time use cloth so doesn't matter which I clean first...

Use screen gaurd thats better as lamination will have some lines on it. However its very tricky to apply screen gaurd on laptop screen , take it to a shop to apply.
One Tip from my side. Don't open or close your lid like you did at the starting of the video. Pull/push the lid at the middle else the lid will be get bent after some time and it will not close properly.

Don't use anything for touchpad as when u remove the skin it will remove the top layer of coating in touchpad. This happened with me so saying with personal experience.

Yes u can use it plugged in always ... The laptop won't charge once it's 100% However if u have constant power source then let the battery get used as well so that it's healthy for battery cycle. Drain it till 60 and then connect it ,
Don't think so much bro ...use it normally it will be fine. The motherboard circuit is smart enough to determine when the power supply is required and when to cut off charging. If u want to do then just use ur battery till 50-60 and then again charge till 100 when u have power source

Yes you can peel it off and the laptop will be good as new. But make sure to not apply the skin to trackpad as a coating from trackpad got peeled off while removing , but it's working fine. But apart from that all other body its fine I have changed 3-4 skins till now.
That's mixed with isopropyl alcohol which is used to clean . Don't use water to clean as it may damage. Without using these liquids u can't effectively clean the screen

Personally it would bother me as the display quality will be reduced and won't look good. I would prefer one which directly sticks on to screen so that I won't even notice it's there. Ur laptop needs servicing. Auto turn off happens due to many issues one can be due to over heating. 1. The thermal paste of cpu needs to be changed. 2. The cpu fans and all parts need to be cleaned. 3. Ram slots need to be cleaned with air blower and reseat them again. 4. New OS should also help.
Nothing of that sort happened since 3 years. Don't have to pour Colin on the screen , just put some on a cloth and clean. Colin won't even go inside the screen so no chance of affecting

Apply the vinyl wrap first without bubbles just as u do for your screen then carefully cut the extras at edges with a sharp blade.

No it won't as laptop has other vents for ventilation and heat dissipation . it doesn't specifically rely on keyboard vents for ventilation .

Use a good quality laptop bag it should be fine.
If ur using plugs then always remove it before using as it will obstruct ventilation.
