Dr Anil, I have been told at present, my skin is too thin so in order to prep my skin before receiving threads, I need a couple of treatments of Nucleofill. The person who is recommending this, then uses PDO screw threads and I have been told that I will not quite a lift like I would a pull thread. I really want a pull thread so I get a bigger lift but the other practioner who does the pull threads, does not use filler with it to support the thread so I do not think my results will last long at all. Please could you advise me? I want the biggest lift possible, but I only have mild sag. I am 44, always looked after my skin and want to initially, snatch my jawline and under chin. Thank you!

I received PDO threads to lift the lateral canthus of my orbital area in order to get the fox eye look. It made my eyes much worse! No, this isn't because I did something wrong. The first issue is the doctor placed the cannula through a scar next to my eye. On top of that I dont think the threads were suspended properly. Following the procedure, I remained in a semi-fowler position for 14 days. I did not massage, place warm water on or rub the area. I did not make facial expressions and neither was I stressed or any of the sort. I drank water, and ate alkaline foods, etc., etc. Once the tape was removed a week later, I discovered the corners of my eyes sagging more than ever.
With these barbs in, this will build collagen over this sagging tissue and fibroids will form. That means my eyes will remain in their now down turned position, not return to normal like it says in this video. The tissues will not magically bounce back to their original position following scar formation.
This whole idea of "fox eye lift" is bogus and only works for certain people paired with a doctor who knows what the heck they are doing. Neither is guaranteed. Despite a doctor's reputation, mishaps can happen and no one is held accountable for it. I have had 2 other cosmetic procedures and none of them have gone according to plan. Plastic surgery is bunk and many doctors just don't know what they are doing, especially general practitioners. There's literally only a hand full of doctors who are actually seasoned, proficient and precise in their methodologies of practice. DO NOT get fox eye.

You hit the nail on the head. You need the right candidate. No scar tissue. You need the right doc. You need the right threads. And yes EVERYTHING HAS SIDE EFFECTS. Stay tuned here if you want the good the bad and the ugly. All the content in my video is correct and you are correct.

@@rajanimdskincare Thanks for the reply. I have one more question: so with my eyes resting in a lower position now with the threads attached, can I expect my eyes to stay like this since there's no scar formation or will the creation of collagen build the sagging tissue back up? Please don't tell me my eyes are stuck like this. What would be an effective remedy, if any, RF or ultraformer 3? Thanks in advance

And they have many many side effects including permanent face numbness, smile changes, scars, unnatural looks etc. I like facelifts and will get my own soon. But they are not what 99% of people want. As a woman who had a facelift at 45 and actually woke up during that procedure, I can honestly say these threads kind of freak me out. I'm 62 now. Had it all done above the neck. But things are changing for the better and I kind of want to give this a try. Aging after 45 goes at warp speed if you don't keep up. I need another Bleph and major work around my aging mouth. Thank God my eyes are relatively still good but those have been done also. I just appreciate all of your schooling you do for us. I'm sure it takes a big part of your day to do these videos. One day I'll fly up there and have you work on my face. I need it! I'm not being vain; I have a huge investment in my face and teeth and I'm not backing down any time soon. Thank you Doc. Rock on!

You have to remember that the reason things cost what they do despite the cost of materials is EDUCATION, LICENSURE, INSURANCE, RENT, UTILITIES, SANITATION MATERIALS..everything adds up. It costs us hundreds a day just to keep the doors open in any esthetics business and that's not even factoring in the additional time, education and training needed to actually perform things like threads- the cost of the actual threads is but a tiny bit of what any practitioner is paying to provide their treatments to you.

I also use a Nuface 3-4x wl, A Nira Laser (not seeing a tremendous dif?) but you get the picture. Now I had colorectal stage 3 cancer 13 yrs ago and the rapid weightless cost me firmness in the jowl area. All of the above mentioned device/serums help considerably but I have some sagging mild, and some sun/age spotting just starting. Here's the question, should I do a laser peel or get the threads? If I can only do one, what would you suggest? I'd really like to look lifted but the laser does that as well no? Thx in advance Dr. R xoxo
