I've been researching permanent lighting for well over 2 years...had I seen your review back then, I would've pulled the trigger sooner. We have sent so much money on holiday lights, talking to you Phillips Illuminate, only to have them discontinued and no longer supporting the app. We are getting our Oelos installed on the 18th. Two thoughts... I hope they eventually add a feature so you can sync to music AND landscape lighting.
I'm glad my video helped. This system is worth every penny. No more checking bulbs, no more ladders, putting them up and taking them down in the cold. The best is the customization you can do. I cannot be certain on matching to music yet, I will ask them if there is an option or future option. Where are you located?

Nice. However, my question is the look when we're not around holidays? I want things to not look like I'm the tool that has holiday lights up all year, when I'm just chillin Mid August. I love the look of my house without holidays, so I don't want to loose that.

Does the app allow you to set a schedule when the light go on and off? If so, do the light come on with the last color settings used?
I have it turn back on with the last one it was on.

Q: Did you face the lights outward on the dormer windows? It looks like the lights are downward ever where else but I can’t tell in the video.

We're looking at a home that cost over a million dollars... so while these lights are amazing, they're going to be out of the price range for the average family.
I mean, this guy had an entire team of professional installers doing this work for him and it took two days.... does anyone really think they have the skillset and tools to do this and have it look this nice??? No way. This is clearly not a 'do-it-yourself' project.
To put this amount on a smaller home will cost half the price. Especially if you do it yourself. Not having to put up lights anymore on any size or price of a home is awsome.
