The flavor would have been much better if I hadn't forgotten to add the salt but even then it was really good. Then today I tried to make it again with milk, I thought it wouldn't work but finally it worked and the taste of the bread was softer with milk than water 🤩 ohhh yes, I also filled it with chocolate paste as a taste variation and it's even more delicious, good luck to your channel🥦❤

I made them and they came out more like dinner/bread rolls. Still good and soft, but it's more of a spongy texture. Could be because i shaped them differently but this recipe is still good!

Mine was long, quiet and full of cooking a bit more than normal. Not everyone made it through 2020, but that is part of life for everyone. I wanted to know why you add milk to your egg wash? I dont some do and dont so I always ask why? Also is your pullman loaf the smallest one? Tks

Yes, but you need to reduce the water. Try only 80% water first than add a bit more if you need.

I think your dough had over proofing in this warm weather. Please try to proof the dough a bit less than 50 minutes.
