Just found out I have it. I am really working on changing my eating habits now. I'm only 29 and very slim I also have high cholesterol. But at least now I know , so I can change it 😃

I run 3 times a week, lift weight 4 days a week, and stay around 15% bodyfat. My diet isn't all that great though, and I just found out I'm prediabetic at age 39.

In the transcript of this video it states the supplement to be taken in addition to dietary considerations is called "lifestyle". I've never heard of a supplement called 'lifestyle' and I can't understand how it's being pronounced on the video. Can somebody clear this up?

My fasting glucose is 84. Does that qualify as prediabetes? I also have weight gain and mild skin patches. Edited: well not skin patches, they turned out to be tan on arms cuz my Mom also has them. Especially on my left wrist for my watch. Also they weren’t skin patches all along. They were just chafing. I’m glad I don’t have diabetes. Stay healthy everyone.

FULL BLOWN DIABETES CAN ALSO LEAD TO LOWER LIMB AMPUTATIONS (LOSS OF YOUR LEG OR FOOT DUE TO DIABETIC FOOT ULCER). WHY?

"Get treatment..." LoL. That means quit overeating.

  • @jenshark4

Aside from pushing his product he is also demonizing carbs. If you eat a lot of carbs AND are inactive or sedentary the yes reduce your carbs, as this lifestyle will lead to health problems. However, If you are active you can and should eat carbs, but focus on complex carbs (ie foods with fiber) and stay away from simple carbs (ie foods with sugar).
