    I remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to help me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book “The Art of Seductive Power”, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.

    Leila Hormozi...this video was a reality check and a hug at the same time. It made me realize that I don't need to wait to accumulate time, but rather to accumulate repetitions-and that changes everything! Thank you so much for instilling confidence in me and reminding me that I have the structure to solve my problems. You are my number one mentor! Your videos are a rare gem. 💛👑

You are so REAL and fast forward and so many people need that (talking for myself). Thank you for all your effort, time and creating this videos to change and inspire at least ONE persons mindset... God bless YOU!!!!! I hope you will be forever happy and fulfilled with your loved ones by your side! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ You are beautiful in every way, inside and out 👁‍🗨

    Based on her appearance - young, handsome - in contrast to guys like Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn or Brian Tracey - you would not expect so many battle tested and useful ideas, but her hints are super useful. Hope she finds someday the time to condense all her wisdom in a book. It would be a 100% sure buy.

    As an undiagnosed Adhd psychology student girly, this makes so much sense. Focusing on quality and prioritises, not quantity!

    • @thecackleman
      @thecackleman 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      how does undiagnosed go with a diagnosed medical condition. If you're undiagnosed it means it has not incapacitated your life in such a way that you see the medical emergency of diagnosis - maybe you're just not being true with yourself and lack the basic skills like time management, discipline and even attention management. Those things aren't automatic for "normal people" they just learned it at a younger age due to several reasons. Try meditation and it will fix your attention and learn the other skills and see how it wasn't ADHD but just the lack of skill. Hope this wakes you up.

  • @TES-541
    @TES-541 6 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    I think the last piece of advice is off a bit. Sprints can work for certain things like if your house is an absolute mess you can spend a weekend deep cleaning all of it. But for many problems it takes much longer and you can't devote all your time to it in a day. For instance if you have to lose 100 pounds, find a new job and plan a wedding at the same time, you can do something for each in a day. For losing weight you need to put time in to meal prep, workout, etc. but that's only for a couple of hours a day maximum. Then you can spend a few hours on finding a job, but no one can spend 10 hours every day doing that at a computer. Then for planning a wedding, maybe you do that for an hour at night with your partner. But none of those you can commit to for an entire day each day until they're done and furthemore they'll drain you mentally if you just focus on one of them for more than a few hours at a time.

    Thanks for your helpful video! Question - I re-rendered a 1hr 20 min zoom video following your instructions, the rendering time both times took 2 hours, and the uploading onto my file transfer software to send it off, also took over an hour, very unusual for my zoom videos, they only take 10 minutes. I have a new Vegas upgrade as of Nov 2024, (last vegas software I used was 2025)- I don't remember rendering videos taking this long before - am I doing it wrong?
