a while back, i hit a point where i felt like everything was out of my control. i kept wondering why other people seemed to get what they wanted while i was stuck in the same place. then i came across this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains the connection between your energy and the life you create? it blew my mind. it’s not just a book, it’s like a blueprint for turning your life around.

A few years ago I started giving my 8 year old daughter money lessons. Little bit size bits of info for her to process. She started craving this info and asking for more. Now at age 10 she has about $600 in savings, charges a little interest if people borrow any money from her, has sold a few pieces of art she has done, has a little candy box at my computer shop and is wanting to make more.

Something happened in the past that makes u jump from the seat. Sometimes lethargy people have a moment of spark that change completely the route they were following into a success. It could be little things like switching diets some foods change gut diversity so the patient feel an emotional boost. Dr. Eric Berg exposed this to the world on couple of his videos. Or it could be a food or it could be a movie or by changing environment. Something happened before you make the switch to a successful person.

22:50 One of the more complex components of leadership shifts is assessing the previous direction the team was being lead. That matters, especially if you fired the previous leader, because poor leaders don't always direct their teams in alignment with the organization. Thus, what you perceive as a lack of accountability might actually be a team that was beaten down by a bad manager, who undermined them every time they did work in alignment with the organization. Those two issues are not the same, and you can't hold ICs responsible for the actions of their dysfunctional boss. The advice in the video is still sage, as what people in these situations need is to be retrained on what is acceptable and encouraged. Yet I think it's imperative to maintain perspective on what's truly occurring in these situations.
TL;DR - If you hire someone who isn't doing their job to manage others, don't be surprised when those employees feel disconnected from the organization or lack a sense of direction. That's not on them. That's on whoever allowed that manager to continue managing.
