I’m the founder and CEO of Acquisition.com, where we help ambitious people scale extraordinary companies.
A little about me..
10 years ago:
Was 100lbs overweight.
Ate at 7-Eleven.
Slept in extended stays.
Had $1,000 saved after 19 months of work.
This year:
Our portfolio crossed $250M in revenue.
We bought our first headquarters here in Las Vegas.
We grew our holding company team at Acquisition.com to 65 people.
Success is accessible to anyone willing to do the work required.
Big visions never make sense to small-minded people.
If you want to have a greater impact. You’ll have to make greater sacrifices.
My message to you: Don’t let anybody kill your dreams ❤️
1. You are afraid of being disliked or judged so you don’t take action.
Solution-> Be okay with being disliked and misunderstood.
Qoute: Jeff Bezos said, “If you can't tolerate critics, don't do anything new or interesting.”
2. You want the goal more than the work it takes to achieve the goal.
Solution-> Reward yourself for the process instead of the outcome so you can enjoy the process.
Question: Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone and experience discomfort and inconvenience? Be honest with yourself.
3. You don’t take action due to lack of confidence.
Solution-> Learn to take uncertain actions.
Advice: No one ever feels ready. You figure it out as you go. Don’t be afraid to make the wrong decision. It’s okay to fail because you have to have failure to be successful.
Why are you robbing her watchtime? In fact, why are you even here if you will just summarize all her efforts into a 10-second comment? You're pathetic, really.

Growth really starts when you step out of your comfort zone. For me, the key has been setting goals I’m actually excited about, not just ones I feel like I should do. That way, sticking with them feels natural, even when it gets tough. It’s all about taking it one step at a time and trusting the process.
Amazing video A month ago, my partnership of five years came to an end. The choice to break up with the person I love is something that really gets to me. Even though it's all for nothing, I've done everything I can to get him back, and I couldn't imagine my existence without him. I've tried everything to stop thinking about him, but I still can't help but miss him and think about him often. I don't know why I am saying this here.
Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

They Love their lives, independently and collectively.
Years after learning from them directly in Gym Launch I am not aware that being around them shifted my energy.

For me, more valuable, because these spiritual practices are applicable right now, right here, today.

Dang Lady. I feel called out, but I’m so grateful for it. There has been some thing bothering me and my life for a long time. And I haven’t been able to think my way out of the box. You just clarified it for me so so much with what you said about giving up things for goals.I’m really resisting giving up a huge point of comfort and happiness for myself to achieve a huge dream. I totally needed this video and the timing is so right oh my god. Just yesterday I was rethinking again if I should start my channel coz omg that would be so vulnerable to put myself out there and people would see right through me coz I’d talk from my heart and so they’d know who I am as a person. Tho I have nothing to hide and am passionate about this and literally made a content calendar of 30-40 ideas that I haven’t executed yet coz of paralysing self doubt, I was remembering Leila yesterday coz she’s someone I look up to. And today she literally talks to me regarding that in this video.

Leila, I was born raised in the hard part of philly which is north philly I always felt I wanted more but was always comfortable with where I am which is at a job I do not want to be at anymore I mean I am grateful for the job but I just out grown it. I love designs and fashion and I can't do that. I am a CNA I want more for my life and I started my own Jewelry Business. Yes I am nervous but I am uncomfortable but that is what will make me grow. Great video Leila, I love how the advice is practical. It feels good to consume information so I'll know if i learned anything from this once i start embracing judgement, sacrificing anything that stands in the way of my goal, and taking uncertain action in imperfect conditions.

Im so soo happy God has given me such a family that supports me with everything in life. I became a muslim they were ofc not 100% understanding but they not once made me feel less because of it, i went into business even if my mom didnt understand it she was still saying “do what you love and what you understand” i think having such family is helping me tremendously 😄
