    Totally agree with you. One way that helped me to end my perfectionism was to let bygone be bygone-all projects and tasks have a timeline. If given unlimited time, things can always evolve (either made better or worse, we will never know!). But since there can never be unlimited time, I’ve done my best up to the deadline, and that was the “most perfect” result it could be within that timeframe, so there is nothing to regret about. This approach helped me to let go and be kind to myself. Hope this can be helpful to anyone reading this too.

    I needed to hear this, very interesting view on perfectionism. It’s important to go easy on yourself especially when cooperations are designed to get everthing out of you that they can. I loved when you said “If you are not kind to yourself - who will?”

    perfectionism is not bad but it become a detrimental factor if we work in bad working culture with a lot of pressing and misunderstanding, sadly saying. it go on most effectiveness when you meet the right work, right persons to work with
