a spoonful of salt.
Mix.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Carrot.
I use a special grater.
green onion.
Salt.

Sugar 20 grams.
Soy sauce 20 ml.
Paprika 15 grams.
Sesame 20 grams.
Apple or rice vinegar 10 ml.
mix well.

Leave on for 10 minutes.
Garlic.
Chile.
Olive oil.
Fry for 1-2 minutes.

I would pan roast my sesame seeds before putting them in the salad. This seed tastes better when roasted. I would also rinse off the salty water from the cucumber slides to makethe salad less salty. The soy sauce can do the trick. You can also try cilantro instead of green onion.
