As always, such a great combination of cinematography storytelling and put in an altogether in a great package. I can’t wait to get out and explore Colorado myself one day.
Thank you! It’s worth the drive! But you will always wish there was more time, there are entire mountain ranges in this state I haven’t ever explored before and I’ve been here 12 years now.
Some awesome camera work and amazing campsites. Blue looked like she had a great time especially with the squirrel watching lol safe travels friends 🙏❤
The video was even better than the original trip, I mean I was there but the way you tell the story it seems even better;) and you’re videos just keep getting better, can’t wait for this year’s adventures,
Killed it again brother. Lol gonna go ahead and watch the skinwalker ranch video again. My first camping trip of this season is Saturday 🤘 almost 80 degrees, I'll be up exploring northern Colorado with new gear I accumulated over the winter. Hope to find places like the ones you go to this summer.lol great job again man!
Man, my last trip out I planned it all in OnX and shared it with everyone and none of those boneheads saved it. Then my phone started acting squirrelly and they couldn't help me haha! I was leading a group of friends who had never even been offroad so I just rolled with it and everything turned out great. It's all about the journey, right?
What an absolutely gorgeous area and great looking bunch of trails. I need to buy a smaller truck, like right now. My F250 definitely wouldn't have fit between those trees.
Sick video dude just did my first off roading drive so fun it was supposed to be a few hours turned in to 10 and every one go bottomed out in snow but so fun now I know why you are always out.
@@IndependenceOverland I meant I haven't been there in 4 years. 2020 was the last time I was there in the Silverton/Durango area where I grew up. Will be heading back some time in May!
Well lucky for you it’s already done! I edited it back before Halloween so it was relevant. It’s one of my favorite videos I have put together before, I hope you enjoy it. Off-Road Adventure to America's Most Paranormal Spot: Skinwalker Ranch th-cam.com/video/5W7k22FQNww/w-d-xo.html
I ran the footage through GoPros stabilization software as well, which is why it was so cropped in. GoPro Dog Harness: amzn.to/49zcRQH GoPro Hero 12: amzn.to/3VU3iZ5
I thought after they showed the Land Cruiser that there’s no way a 4runner would look better, but I really like the look of it. It might be my favorite of the two, I’m not sure yet. I myself would probably still own the LC because the 4R is nearly identical to the Tacoma, but I’m a fan. I like many am curious what the differences really are. My suspicion, based off nothing at all aside from the nameplate and the price, is that the LC probably has some larger components making it more durable. Perhaps more parts from the Tundra or something. Powertrain I believe will be solid. And the after market is going to go absolutely nuts over it. Also, built in Japan is a huge win. I wish the Tacoma could be built there as well.
Great video!! Always enjoy your adventures! Reminds me of my own here in Colorado. Any chance the name of that river that y’all crossed or there at the end? Looking for some good fly fishing areas
I appreciate you watching! As usual though, I prefer not to share locations of places I visit. I’m sure someone will chime in in the comment section though.
I just bought a cheap one on eBay and sprayed it with plastic dip on the clear part (because they turn yellow pretty quick). It does an awesome job of filtering stuff out and cost me like 40 bucks back when I bought it.
I Kinda get lost in your videos, I mean it says this was Two Months ago? But you Say Fall in the Video? When was this Trip?? 6/7 months ago? And Where OH where Was this, I feel I have been here but I can not place the area!!!! SO makes me want to get my Build DONE!!! yesterday!!!
My travel content takes a lot of time, like 40 hours a video average I would guess. I also work 50 hours a week at a day job. When the warm season rolls around, I prioritize being outside vs sitting at my computer. So my videos from the season start to release into fall/winter
I ran the footage through GoPros stabilization software as well, which is why it was so cropped in. GoPro Dog Harness: amzn.to/49zcRQH GoPro Hero 12: amzn.to/3VU3iZ5
I’m not sure, that’s a trail I would like to do with my core group and getting them out there would be challenging due to time and expense. I will get out there one of these days though!

Thanks I really appreciate that!
You never fail to capture the wonder of exploration man! Keep it up, you will be one of the biggest overland channels in a few years!
Thanks man! I’m glad this one was received well. I can’t wait to make some more with the new truck!
Every. Single. Episode. Straight 🔥. Love it as always.
I really appreciate that, thank you! 🙏
Blue is always SOOOO ADORABLE!!! But great video once again 🤙🏽🤙🏽
Love that first campsite. Simple, nestled in the trees.... And that opening story, "and the world just got smaller!" ... Great footage
Great video, because of this video,me and my wife paused it and went out and made a fire, talked and stared at the stars.
Thats what I like to hear!
The “Blue cam” made me smile until my face hurt
Haha it’s pretty fun. I did another one a few years ago but it wasn’t as good as this one. She really gets after it for such an old pup!
#littleweiner cracked me up😂. Especially since these aren’t giant showy trucks. Good sense of humor
Haha yeah, that had me laughing when I saw it on Jesses truck so I had to make use of it somehow in the story!

I love that 1st Gen Tundra build, what a great set up!
It makes me want a 1st gen Tundra every time. Such a cool truck!
Goshhhh… the editing and narration of this video is straight pro🔥🔥🔥
Thanks man!
I’m inspired to get out there with my truck, thanks for sharing!
Came over after watching you on jailbreak…nice video!
You’re awesome, and so is Richie! Thanks for tuning in and welcome to the show!
Some awesome camera work and amazing campsites. Blue looked like she had a great time especially with the squirrel watching lol safe travels friends 🙏❤
Thanks man! Blue is always having a grand ole time terrorizing the rodents 😂
Another awesome video!!! Keep them coming. Hope to see you all at the event in OK in September!!!
See you there!
Holy crap, Tyler, another beautiful video. And I love the old dog Blue cam!!!
Thanks man! Blue cam seems to have been a hit! haha

Glad you liked it man! It was an awesome trip!
Hit like before the video started
You are awesome, thank you!
That's cool how your wife re-connected with an old friend.
Yeah pretty crazy right?!

Thanks bud I appreciate it! Safe travels!
Stunning video, first couple minutes and I was hooked 👏
Thank you!
American Flag Mtn coming from CB South. We did it last year.Pretty good little trail. That last uphill to the top is fun, loose and steep.
That last night of your camping I have camped in that spot many a night. Excellent location.
Its the best! 🤐😉
@@IndependenceOverland Just found you on IG and started to follow you. You put out some great content!
the drone shots are especially good
Thanks man!
yeah, that deer at camp was definitely a skin-walker sizing your camp and people up, must be a reason why they are following you.
Haha! Absolutely!
@IndependenceOverland if you ever head to michigan and tour around the U.P. pictured rocks lakeshore let me know! We'd love to meet up
Excellent work as always. Well done.
Thank you sir!
The first gen tundra, needs a walk around!
I will try to make that happen!

Yeah, when I get people commenting "why dont you just buy a Tundra?", that's why. The new Tundras are just too big!
Thumbs up for Blue Cam! lol
Haha yeah that was a fun thing to put together. That old dog still has some spunk!
Sick video dude just did my first off roading drive so fun it was supposed to be a few hours turned in to 10 and every one go bottomed out in snow but so fun now I know why you are always out.
haha yeah, the days can get long out there! Just be careful!
Watching this video, I've camped at/near you last spot....and saw a massive buck there. This was about 10 years ago though
Yeah Its a paradise for the elk and deer!
Have you spent any time in the fall down in the southern San Juan's? Spanish Peaks area? It is so wonderfully golden!
I have not, but I need to. That area is so epic.
Planning my first trip back to Colorado in about 4 years! can't wait to take the FJ out with all my new mods and gear.
4 years away? Why so long? It will be a fun trip, even living here I don’t seem to have enough time to explore it all.

Hello, never noticed it before but, who makes your snorkel precleaner?
