At 2:00 you can see the guy who plays Liu Kang doing the same movement with his hand as he watches himself.. man this cast took this seriously for sure and gives me hope for a good movie.
Asian characters are always casted as side characters and extras in movies. I'm really happy that these talented actors and actresses are finally given their time to shine. Because to do Mortal Kombat correctly, is to cast these guys. They made the right choice and I wish all them all more success to their careers. This movie came out of nowhere and it's gonna pay off.
What about Mileena ? Dude shes Asian and in the movie shes black and thats ok ?? Wtf ....

@@JayCord00 Kitana and Mileena were latina in Mortal Kombat 2 the game, acted by a Latin woman. They were white women in MK3 acted by a white woman. In the movie Kitana was a Latin woman and in Annihilation Mileena was a white woman. So.....

This is so cool. I was in high school when the very first original Mortal Kombat game came out and I’ve been a die hard fan ever since. I’ve waited 30 years for a proper MK movie. Very well casted. Can’t wait.
Me too! One of the first ever video games I played as a kid was Mortal Kombat and the 90’s movies were my faves! I use to pretend I was Sonya Blade and my cousins and I would play fight as Mortal Kombat characters 😁 good times! I’ve been saying for YEARS that they need to make a reboot and I’m so glad it’s finally coming out 🤗🤗🤗
That’s awesome! I was 5 y/o when the first MK arcade was released. I was at a Mexican restaurant with my cousin and saw him play the arcade and was just in awe how amazing the game was. I’m now 33 y/o.

Chin Han own appearance without saying any word, just smile and nod. He really gave us the cool dad/uncle vibes.
This is gonna be easily one of the best films of the year....and special shoutout to Max for bring one of my favorite characters to life
I'm glad they explained the Kano's laser coming from the wrong eye. I must admit, I was a little thrown off by that, but it's all good now.

Seeing the actors react to everything once it's finished post production is really awesome. Obviously with the film having so much put into it after filming, you can see how surprised and enthusiastic they are from how amazing it looks. the VFX team have done some amazing work with this and it's helped that the actors did so well in portraying everything that was needed. The teams involved like the directing and choreographers must have been top notch for this to come out so natural. Loved the trailer and so excited for the film

Mortal kombat is from my childhood times and this movie trailer made me chills and im so in to it and cannot wait movie to come. Nice work guys 🙏🙏
I remember being 9 years old, going to my friend's birthday party at this place called Sports Land when MK1 came out. I remember seeing a crowd of teenagers surrounding some unknown (to me at the time) fighting game that wasn't Street Fighter and, seeing someone do Sub Zero's head rip fatality. From there on I knew I stumbled onto something amazing.
I just fell in love for Mileena ..shes so adorable and she cried 😀

It's weird to see the cast members reacting to themselves. Some actors and actresses mostly don't like reaching to themselves in their movies.
Understand most actors have zero idea what the final product of a film looks like until they see a trailer. Color correcting, SFX, sound, all of this they are seeing for the first time.
It's really cool watching actors putting too much effort on it! Now I know sometimes actors don't know what theyre even doing and yet they hustle to get it done! This video is just amazing!!!
This is the first time the actors would've seen the special effects. The dude who plays Liu Kang just about lost his shit when he saw himself on fire. It must be so exciting for actors when they see the finished result of their months of hard work.

Scorpion and Sub were cast perfectly and I expected greatness. But you and Josh surprised me and really brought soul to this movie. I don't care if Kung's revenant or if you play friggin' Kenshi, this series needs to kontinue and for you and Josh to be in it.

Greetings from Russia, the premiere of the film mortal kombat took place today and I liked it very much. I sincerely wish the film brought in the right amount of money needed to make a sequel. I am very grateful that the cast and crew created the best adaptation of the game. Hopefully your character can appear in the sequel. we are waiting for the continuation!
