This was solid, I really enjoyed this I like when the ab workouts are 45-50 seconds per exercise as opposed to just 30 seconds. I find the 30s exercises don’t give me enough time to get the burn I’m going for Thank you My G! 🙏🏾🔥
You cant target specific parts to lose fat on your body, however by dieting and doing exercises you can lose fat in general and doing the ab workouts help tone them so they will become more prominent
