Honestly, I'm okay with his chest problem, even if it could have been fixed in the first place I like what Siege Starscream does aside from that and his bigger issue of looking more plain than I would've liked it to be Though I'm just going to wait for Thundercracker so the colour works better, but the mold's still very well done for what it is I have to agree to the weathering paint applications being welcome on the figures from Siege (and I also gotta agree to the repolabels making the figures look kinda bland) And, also HALLELUJAH FOR THE RETURN OF LIGHT PIPING IN RETAIL FIGURES

Tho considering how hard it is to finish off the earthrise jets with that elusive 2pack of skywarp and thundercracker. These 2 siege tetras might be my only jets. Got Apeface and snapdragon coming soon
I don't get an issue with partsforming where it concerns weaponry. If a gun or a sword can stay attached during transformation, okay, but I don't see why it's a problem
Yeah these days I kinda agree. My stance has softened, especially since cases like Brunt and Ironworks. Ridiculous parts like ER Arcee and Fans Hobby Athena though...absolutely nope.
I really don’t mind what logos they use. It’s such a minuscule thing. There have been so many different con symbols over the years, so it’s only natural that we get slightly different ones within the same line. They hardly look like the movie verse anyway. Sure, the eyes are at the slant, but the proportions are more like the g1 cartoon if anything.
The chest issue was way blown out of proportion. It's not even something that needs a "trick" to get to stay on, just don't manhandle it and it'll generally stay attached just fine. That rings true for all 7 versions of the mold too, cause I'm insane and actually bought all the Siege seekers. lol Also as a collector of Starscream himself, I can name ONE version of the Seeker mold that doesn't have the massive undercarriage. The G1 mold. Like... that's the only one I've seen, and I'm only missing about 4 versions of Screamer at this point. lol
9:27 You might have heard this by now since this vid is half a decade old, but in case you haven’t, you can keep that flap horizontal to fill out the gap. The only side effect though is that now you can’t use that hinge at the neck to give his head more upward movement, but now you know. Anyway, this guy is really great and wayyy better than the ER version. One problem I’ve always had with G1 style Starscream (The toon, and toys) is that he doesn’t feel agile enough. He just feels like a Soundwave but with wings, and a jet mode. I can’t really picture the ER version in intense aerial combat the way I can with siege, he just feels so strong, but still fast and agile. He feels like an actual Air Commander. He’s not someone who can fly, he’s someone who can fly in style.
I love this figure. I only have this and the T30 Skywarp as my only seekers, yet I can tell from photos and videos that it is the best Starscream in my opinion. The articulation is on the masterpiece level, the looks are on point, I love the transformation and the chest isn’t a problem in any capacity.
Now you can recreate that flashback in fire in the sky where starscream was flying with skyifre in his tetrajet alt mod... oh wait, they f***ed it up and couldn't fix it due to legal trouble with harmony gold
I wasn't expecting that people are complaining about the chest, then again (fainting warning) Igotthisfigureforakid. I absolutely love the weathering effect too, in Siege the battles are gritty and I like how you can tell our boy has been in this fight and hasn't had time to fix his paint. Also.... I had a heart attack when you detached the "backpack" because I've had the red part of that joint break soooo much; you know, the red bit attached to the dark grey bit. I still get happy aiming him at a light source and seeing those eyes glow as if he's thinking about the best way to unalive someone.

The main issue is that apparently he’s a ‘red card’ exclusive, which means you need to sign up for some sort of credit card to have the ability to buy it (I’ve even seen a guy get suckered into this just so that he can buy red wing). I had to find a guy who had a red card. Fortunately I found someone, but plenty of people are either not so lucky or are too impatient and just went through eBay scalpers.

I saw this guy at my local Walmart, and as much as I don't care for shellformers and pinned joints missing the pin, he's growing on me. Still couldn't afford him though lol
I don't mind them. It's ultimately a tool to help better the articulation. Universals are certainly better in most instances, but when the budget doesn't allow it, I don't see it as an issue

Siege has actually made me like the tetra jet. I think its because the robot mode is soo good from the transformation.

I'm getting all the seekers as well, and only Starscream is affected. The rest were tweaked to avoid such issues.
