Hi, confused with gate, warner sg and chu2. My music preference is bit bass(not bass head, just need little bit)+ mids and smooth treble since sensitive. Mostly melodious and indian movie songs. Going to get d07 dac since no 3.5mm... which would be better for mids with pinch of bass for long hours listening. And also which dac do u recommend d07 or ja11 for long term. Thought of getting truthear crin red but i am new to this iems so wanted try first... And also how is kiwi ears cadenza, hpz has given a lot of hype in their video😅, waiting for your review on it...
Good decision. Stay with budget in start understand the sound. Get Chu 2 or 7Hz zero 2 for the started both have good bass and nice tonality. Audiocular D07 and Fiio JA11 are good starter DAC

When i compared the graphs between hola, gate and waner i noticed they reduced to bass on the gate to focus on mids and it aligned with waner. Which one should I choose: Truth Hear Gate, Chu 2, or Zero? I really like to hear and feel real music. I don't want much bass; I want to feel the song and experience warm music. The main thing is comfort, as I previously used FD1, which caused me pain while listening.

Great comparison. I own a Tangzu Wan’er & Chu II. I’ve started my audiophile journey by exploring the budget IEMs first. I listen to basically all types of music, electronic, pop. Not a bass-head and don’t listen to hip hop & rap much. I listen to long-form TH-cam videos and podcasts. Does the TruthEar Gate provide menany substantial difference compared to the aforementioned IEMs that I already own? What about ZERO:2 ? Will it be a better choice than Gate ? Thank you
I'm my opinion you already own both good IEMs of budget segment, no need to go for Zero 2 or gate. Would not be a substantial change. My suggestion would be to save and go for another price segment all together like $50 and up now.

It happens, so when you come to iem in start they will not wow you because you are used to the commercial sound Use Red for a week and then go back to your previous earbuds you will see a lot of difference. This phenomenon is called brain burn in.

The Delci is a warmer set than the Xuan Nv. You can think of Delci as a direct upgrade from Hola. The build quality is great as well. It's a very good iem if that sound signature is what you're looking for.

Get 7Hz zero 2 it will give you a good balance of sound with sweet bass. That way you will not find anything lacking and you will understand IEMs while enjoying it. Hope this helps.
Definitely getting this over Tangzu Wan'er Studio Edition 😁 I thought it would take longer time for me to decide but after (even while) watching this review, I realized that this is really for me. I like to focus more on details, natural sound, good soundstage and imaging, etc. I'm not a huge gamer, I only game from time to time but I'm a huge fan of indie films especially with unique sound designs. And for music, I tend to listen to unique sounds like Radiohead and their side projects, Björk, some experimental artists, some rock, grunge, math rock, instrumentals, etc. This might be the one for me!

Yes, more open and balanced warmth. Gun shots and explosion sound more clear and better. Imaging is precise as well, so footsteps are directional and good

I was thinking about getting the gate, have used the 7hz0 for a while and now it has some problems unfortunately Firstly the cable is kinda damaged and Secondly the right side has driver flex, I can hear a click sound clearly while putting it in/pulling my ear/pulling it out, dosen't affect sound though more of an annoying thing

@@BalaMurugan-sx6kh I would say give Tangzu Wan'er some time, like a month or two atleast and enjoy it's sound. Otherwise you will go into iem buying spree and will not be able to enjoy music. Then go for 6-8k category. In that period if you find bass lacking even after 2 months which will not be the case most probably, then avoid these. Otherwise they are good. Hexa is awesome.

@@realojas981 wide soundstage is not there in budget segment, only final audio IEMs have it but them they are Dark. My suggestion would be to focus on tuning for this budget.

I'm my opinion you already own both good IEMs of budget segment, no need to go for Zero 2 or gate. Would not be a substantial change.
My suggestion would be to save and go for another price segment all together like $50 and up now.

Got the first IEM, Truthear Zero Red, recently, and I didn't feel wowed.
It happens, so when you come to iem in start they will not wow you because you are used to the commercial sound
Use Red for a week and then go back to your previous earbuds you will see a lot of difference.
This phenomenon is called brain burn in.

The Delci is a warmer set than the Xuan Nv. You can think of Delci as a direct upgrade from Hola. The build quality is great as well. It's a very good iem if that sound signature is what you're looking for.

My suggestion is to get 7hz zero 2. Start with this would be good for you has a good bass and preserves overall tonality
However for mixing I suggest Tangzu Waner SE (more accurate less bass)

I thought it would take longer time for me to decide but after (even while) watching this review, I realized that this is really for me.
I like to focus more on details, natural sound, good soundstage and imaging, etc.
I'm not a huge gamer, I only game from time to time but I'm a huge fan of indie films especially with unique sound designs. And for music, I tend to listen to unique sounds like Radiohead and their side projects, Björk, some experimental artists, some rock, grunge, math rock, instrumentals, etc. This might be the one for me!

have used the 7hz0 for a while and now it has some problems unfortunately
Firstly the cable is kinda damaged and
Secondly the right side has driver flex, I can hear a click sound clearly while putting it in/pulling my ear/pulling it out, dosen't affect sound though more of an annoying thing
Technicalities are same as zero, nothing awe worthy. Same as all IEM in this budget.
They are very similar to 7hz zero slightly more open by a nickel.
QC is a issue, IEM needs a lot of care.
But gate's cable is solid

Then go for 6-8k category.
In that period if you find bass lacking even after 2 months which will not be the case most probably, then avoid these. Otherwise they are good. Hexa is awesome.

Yes you can get it. DAC will help you decode high res from those FLAC files.
You would be needing a Player as well like UAPP or Hiby Music.

My suggestion would be to focus on tuning for this budget.

Both are fantastic, however, i found mids on Gate to be slightly better for instrumentals
