I have these and compared to tangzu wan'er I feel like they are more comfortable but also the sound is really nice and relaxed. Still plenty of detail but tanguz felt really shouty. Gate should be great for everything, music and gaming
The best budget combo for fps with me is moondrop chu 2 + sound blasterx g1 , it only costs $25 if you buy used and ~$35-40 for brand new . I've 5400h pubg😂
are they relaxed like hola? I really like hola and am really addicted to it, so i dont want any treble painful iems for my next upgrade under budget segment. So can i go for GATe?
i dont recommend iem mics, they all suck. trust me ive bought many cables, even a boom mic cable. all of them are bad just buy a separate stand alone microphone. i recommend the fifine am8
@@user-yr9zs6sr9d Do they suck bad enough my teammates won't hear me talking? That mic looks good, but I'm not dedicated or serious enough to pay that much for just a mic. I play on console.
@@derekwileman6838 yes all iem mics suck that much where it sounds like you are underwater and people will not understand what you say sometimes and often the mic will not actually pick up what you say at all. the mic tests you see on youtube is nothing like how it will be in real life. you should avoid iem mics. one thing i want to add is that the weight of the mic will make your iem uncomfortable too, and will give you ear pain (if you get a boom mic style). the mic i recommended is like $40 on aliexpress. if you dont want to buy that fifine am8, then get a cheaper standalone mic.
what if I use my damaged moondrop chu's eartips T_T.. btw is it worth the upgrade or should I go with zero 2 or chu2.. I like netral bright music and imaging and soundstage is important for me
Not exactly true. Soundstage helps but imaging(the precise location of each sound) is more important. If I have cavernous soundstage from a mile away but everything is echoey and bloomy and I can’t actually tell the specific direction? that ain’t great(even if it is immersive)
Simple....Dont buy total waste of money...have nothing special...Even 10$ normal wired earphone sounds better than these overhyped garbage called IEM...
Non fatiguing is important for long sessions. You're not always aware when your ears get tired but starts start to suffer.
Totally agree. There are times I grab my Gates over my Hexas when I just want to be comfy, even though they’re less detailed than Hexas.

Get the og 7hz 0 or gate is good too
if its not designed for games its bad for games coz FPS games need rly big sound stage other than anything else
