- Today we visited Chiang Mai’s Saturday Night Walking Street market!
This market has been closed for a while now, but it’s finally reopened so we thought we would go along to check it out.
I try some of the food you have been suggesting to me in the comments section, so tune in to see my reaction to trying Papaya Salad (Som Tam) for the first time, as well as an interesting Japanese fusion dish, mango sticky rice, and a bunch of other Thai Street Food Classics!

I loved this one! Are the Saturday market and Sunday market in different places?
As far as I know, Saturday market is located on Wualai Road. This area is well known for northern style silvercrafts. Sunday market is located on Tha Pae Road and it is much bigger.

Yes different places! The Saturday market runs from the South Gate outside the city and the Sunday market runs through the middle of the city from east- west…. I believe 😂😂💖
